Everything was good. Cleanliness and service were good. But the hotel's security personnel were also very good. I would especially like to thank the security personnel working at night shift. They really do a perfect job.

The hotel was very expensive compared to its facilities. The breakfast, while it was rich, you couldn't eat any cheese because it was all watery and had white areas. The lunch I had was surprisingly quite good. In the rooms, while the cleaners were coming in, they made the bed without changing the sheets any of the 5 days I stayed. In the toilet the pigal was old and dirty. The black out curtains were very thin so I woke up from 6:00. There was still a comforter on the bed and not a sheet suitable for the season (August) so I couldn't cover myself unless I lowered the air-conditioner temperature a lot. The staff were kind and smiling but they knew very little English which was a paradox since I went to a purely touristic area. There were also not the facilities that were written here in the application, while the clothing store was for a fee, while here it said free.

Just got back from 2 weeks at the babalyon hotel. Had a lovely time. Beds and pillows amazing, food excellent, great beach and pool. Needs a bit of update. Big thank you to Ibrahim snack bar manager. Sila on reception went above and beyond English is second to none
