The hotel's architecture was beautiful. On our first day, they told us there was a transformer problem, a power outage, and no water. We had come from the sea, so we couldn't bathe. Otherwise, the breakfast was subpar. They explained that because it was so far from the city center, they forgot bread and tea and couldn't provide them. There was nothing for children. The pancakes we ordered for the kids were burnt, and the fries were soggy and fried in oil that had been used many times. Despite all these issues, they still charged extra. The pool was generally dirty. My only thanks go to Büşra Hanım, who cleaned the rooms. She's definitely not worth the price.
