"The location is great in the town center. It is easy to access river and castle in few minutes walking distance. The room, bed, bathroom and all accommodations were great and clean. The breakfast was very good included in the price. The staffs were very helpful with smile all the time.
For people who drive car there, you need a permission ticket (100czk) to drive into the town for loading/unloading the luggage. And it's cheaper to buy the parking ticket (200-250czk) in the hotel and park wherever they have contract with."

"I can't say much. The service was stiff or almost non-existent. It might be because it is in the scenic area of CK town. Anyway, there are a lot of guests. At least I won't go there again. As of the time I posted this comment, the hotel has not refunded the remaining deposit, which is about 70 euros. The email I sent was like a drop in the ocean. If there is an advantage, it is that the hotel is at the entrance of the scenic area and the transportation is convenient."

"The location is very good. It is very convenient at the outer gate of the square, because it is really difficult to walk with luggage. It is a wise choice to not live in the center. It is very convenient to go to the attractions and can be reached on foot.
I lived in the triple room. The room was very large and there were two rooms, but the sanitation was really bad. The bed was dirty and visible to the naked eye. There were unknown hairs. Fortunately, I didn't know how to sleep if I brought a bed cover."

Pros
- The lobby and room are really pretty (we booked for 3 people - we were guided to two rooms on the third floor, which was like a attic in the fairy tale ... Thank you for a good room 🙇🏻♀️)
- The reception man was really friendly as rumored (the location of the hostel, the description of how to use the parking card, the recommendation of the restaurant, and the transfer of the luggage were really kind)
- Old building but clean and well maintained! Bedding, towels, toilet hygiene is ok
- Location best! (oω-)b
Cons:
- The view from the room is just normal
- Shower narrow, shower water comes out randomly... ㅠ
+ There is no bottled water in the room, so if you need it, buy it yourself!"

GGuest UserI feel that I was right in choosing this hotel. The hotel has beautiful interior decorations. The female staff that greets me on check-in date (on Sunday) is friendly and very good at recommending cafes, local restaurants and nice places. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Located in the center of the square. The room is more spacious than expected.
There is one thing that should be improved is the wifi signal. It is not thorough and very slow.
Private parking is not free of charge. I have to pay extra to the hotel but there is a free transfer service from and to parking.
Overall, I like and recommend this hotel!!

CChi HoWe visited Czech Republic for a road trip and came by this accommodation. The stay was pleasant. The place is clean. Location is accessible by car. There are car park slot available.
The only issue we had was the check-in process. We made a booking for Sunday. We have stated our check-in time, but no one was at office. There was a number to call but unfortunately we didn't have a local phone number to call. We contacted *********** to contact the host and was told the pin to open the keybox to obtain the key for the accommodation. I feel the check-in process can be clearer and the keybox pin can be given to us earlier.

HhyunmiI thought the room was on the upper floor, but it was on the first floor. The room was clean and nice, and the location was close to the Cesky Castle and convenient.
I was disappointed that I only stayed for one night.
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly^^

I told me a lot on the phone, and I put it in the room without any problems with the sticker.
The location is a bit far from the city of Cesky Krumlov, but it's a good walk. I was able to spend it very quietly!
It's not a hotel, but the atmosphere at home was good. If you go to Cesky Krumlov, I highly recommend it!

AAisoWhen stepping up the spiral stairs, we immediately loved the apartment. It’s well designed and decorated. Every spot looks so thoughtful.
The room is beautiful. Spacial, super clean, nice furniture, kitchen facilities… Looking out from the window, fantastic view!
Sorry I should mention at the beginning, the staff who served our check in, was so nice, helpful. She offered us a paper map, briefed the key tourist information of the day.
We wish we could have planned for a longer stay here.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s facilities are simple and clean, you just need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is located by the river and the owner is very nice. He introduced us to the best local restaurants with low prices. The breakfast next door to the hotel is very delicious. The store is small but very good. Comfortable, fresh food, especially the homemade strawberry jam is very delicious, the hotel will give a discount card of 100 crowns (for breakfast).
