We had the most amazing stay at this hotel, 5 nights. My husband was riding in the Nove Colli, the hotel arranged his entry ticket and we had a half board package. The Ricci family and their staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were very clean, the food was wonderful and if we didn't live so far away in Australia we would come back every year. To Margherita, Viola, Clemente and Alice, thank you so much for a lovely stay ❤️

Troisième séjour dans l’hôtel et toujours parfait. Nous avons aimé : La propreté de l’établissement (chambre, couloirs, ...). La chambre pour trois (front mer) spacieuse, très grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Le restaurant qui propose des plats excellents et variés. En 24 repas (12 nuits) Nous n’avons jamais eu le même menu. Les pâtes faites maison, on aperçoit la dame qui les fait dans sa cuisine. La gestion familiale de l’établissement. Nous aurions aimé : Un wifi plus performant. Un tout grand merci : À Irina, Aurora et Gabriella pour le service efficace et souriant à notre table. À Silvano pour l’ambiance qu’il mettait et son dévouement À Margherita et ses grands-parents pour leur accueil.

Sono stato all'Hotel Nettuno per una settimana e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. L'Hotel è situato in una posizione ottima fronte mare, con spiaggia privata spaziosa e sempre in ordine. La camera è pulita, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con terrazza, un comodo letto ed un bagno moderno. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, sempre pronto per qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Ottima cucina con menù sempre vario e di ottima qualità, il Gran Buffet del Venerdì sera è una delizia per gli occhi e per il palato. Da apprezzare particolarmente la colazione, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e dolci fatti in casa. Consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Nettuno a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Un particolare ringraziamento a Margherita 👍

Siamo ritornati in questo albergo dopo una decina di anni ricordandoci positivamente dell'hotel Nettuno e ne abbiamo avuto la conferma. Ottima posizione e personale molto disponibile e gentile. Una settimana passata in vero relax, a cominciare dalla camera con un terrazzo enorme vista mare, la cucina ottima e parcheggio Interno comodissimo e non ultimo la spiaggia privata molto spaziosa e sempre in ordine. Sicuramente ci torneremo.L'ospitalità romagnola come sempre al top.

Sono stata con mia mamma (81 anni) e mia cugina x 5 giorni all’hotel Nettuno. Camera ampia (con due stanze e doccia ampia con piatto doccia antiscivolo), molto pulita e con una bella vista mare. Colazione, pranzo e cena con menù sempre vario e molto buono. Servizio navetta x la loro spiaggia (dista 3 minuti ma con mia mamma è stato molto utile) che è curata è più comoda delle altre. Il personale è sempre gentile e esaudisce ogni richiesta, soprattutto Gabriella molto disponibile e preparata ad ogni richiesta. Posso dire che lo consiglio xché l’ambiente rinnovato e curato e tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Ottima esperienza a tutti i livelli: struttura , servizio, accoglienza e ristorante. Una personale competente è una proprietà familiare cordiale disponibile e sorridente. La camera pulita e accogliente fronte mare, con una ottima climatizzazione ci ha fatto passare una settimana serena. La qualità e la scelta nelle proposte del ristorante sono da encomiare con un Riccardo che ci ha riverito durante tutti i pasti con la sua professionalità e la sua cordialità. Una nota costruttiva: incrementare il personale la mattina a colazione, meno male che Silvano ci ha sempre seguito nonostante fosse molto sollecitato, accontentando la mia nipote servendo il latte caldo nel bricco. La serata di Gran Buffet poi con i titolari presenti che ci servivano la piadina é stata molto apprezzata! La serata di svago nella fattoria poi é stata bellissima , con animazione per i bambini ed un pinzimonio che non dimenticherò mai. Infine la spiaggia pulita con il personale disponibile e sorridente nonostante il forte calore chiude il quadro di una settimana di ferie bellissima. Ritorneremo!

Ho appena concluso la mia prima settimana di vacanza da solo con mio figlio di 6 anni. Avevo cercato una struttura adeguata alle nostre esigenze e con una serie di confort di cui non volevo fare a meno (parcheggio privato, piscina privata, utilizzo biciclette, posto in spiaggia, mezza pensione). Ho solo recensioni positive sotto tutti gli aspetti e sulla cortesia e professionalità del personale (a partire dalle due signorine all' accoglienza 😉). Ci ritornerò!

Unser Aufenthalt im Nettuno war auch heuer ,wie gewohnt ,angenehm. Sehr sauber,herrliche Zimmer,freundliches Personal von der Rezeption bis ins Restaurant und Zimmer, ein unverwechselbar hilfreicher Silvano ,die gute Küche mit regionalen Produkten und der Vorteil der Strandnähe. Dazu ein Unternehmer, der mit Gattin selbst an der Theke mitarbeitet,eine besondere Note von Tüchtigkeit und Vorbild. Dr. Hermann Arnold
