Restaurant very good, staff super, always available to solve any issues. Only one negative thing for a hotel 4 families: there is no a closed area for babies: there are 2 always opened space just on the street. My preferred employee is Ousmane, always with smile and very kind!

Beautiful family holiday. Attentive and kind staff. Excellent animation, but without being intrusive. Fun for both children and adults. Thanks to the entertainers Michael, Inti, Vicky, Fabiana and a big thank you also to all the staff: Francesca, Gaetano, Miriam, max, Maurizio, the maitre Alessandro and all the dining room and kitchen staff, and to the ladies who took care of the rooms! Truly a joyful holiday recommended to everyone!!

After coming there with my family in June I didn't think we would have an even more beautiful experience than the first, but instead it was better and without words, the Metropolitan is truly a fantastic environment that makes you feel good and helps you to create beautiful relationships with other guests too. We truly thank all the staff but in particular Francesca, Eleonora, Gaetano from the reception, Danielino and Alessandro (head of the dining room) and Luca from the kitchen, the Animation Staff, Inti, Fabi, Vicky, Giada and Michael. We stayed in this hotel in June for a week and we also returned in July for another week, just to make you understand how good we had it! It is a well organized structure to welcome families with children, we have two children aged 4 and 7 and they were well pampered and entertained with fun by all the entertainment staff (who we have in our hearts) present both on the beach and in the hotel until the evening at 23. Truly excellent restaurant with flexible hours and you can find absolutely everything to eat with Alessandro always kind and attentive to care and then there was our legendary Daniele always ready to keep our table tidy and beyond! Not to mention the delicious piadine in the afternoon! Another gem is the welcome from the girls at reception Francesca and Manuela, really good and above all nice. And as the icing on the cake, the legendary Gaetano who in the evening when he arrived at work (working the night shift at reception) always greeted everyone, truly bringing a breath of joy. Tomorrow we will return home after a week at the Metropolitan... we returned because we had a great time last year and we will definitely be back next year too! It's great here. Third year at the Metropolitan, nothing to say about the management of the hotel: cleanliness, dining room, swimming pool, staff. Unfortunately this year the entertainment for children was a bit disappointing. Inti and Micheal are smart, but alone they can't entertain all the children. It's also a shame about the afternoon snack which had various offerings, but this year there are only sweet and savory wraps.
