The proprietors and all staff were very proactive in ensuring our stay was pleasant. The New Year’s Eve menu and service was marvellous. We lost count of the number of courses. A special call out for all the restaurant staff, who were lovely and sooo hardworking, Leo, the Maître D, who was very professional and efficient in organising that everything went smoothly and, of course, the chef for the excellent menus. The only ‘complaint’ concerns 1st January: despite the abundant cenone of 31st, the huge lunch buffet included - in the best Romagnola tradition - lasagne (which was perfect), fritto misto and an entire porchetta. Of course, we had no choice but to try all of those 😊. We will be back (but only after we lose the five kilos we gained).

The food was plentiful and very tasty. Great lasagne. The musical evening with dancing was fun, even though my knees suffered the next morning. Dining room staff all attentive and went out of their way to provide little details like fennel tea bags and grated cheese when we couldn't find them. The housekeeper did impressive acrobatics to retrive my earring that had rolled under the bed. The pool area was well kept. We will be back.

Sono tornato in questa struttura dopo 2 anni dalla prima volta e devo dire che si è confermata di ottimo livello per tutti i servizi offerti, anzi io ho trovato che sia addirittura migliorata. Nulla da ridire, ottima la pulizia della camera e dell'hotel in generale, le 2 piscine di cui una idromassaggio e calda semplicemente fantastiche, il ristorante meraviglioso e ricco di ogni ben di dio, e poi il maitre Leo una persona veramente eccezionale. Una vacanza impeccabile, consiglio vivamente questa struttura (non capisco le recensioni negative!), torneremo ancora, sicuramente... GRAZIE.

Esperienza più che positiva ma con alcune pecche.... L'hotel andrebbe curato un po' di più per quel che riguarda la manutenzione. La tastiera di chiamata dell'ascensore del 4 piano aveva gli indicatori luminosi che non funzionavano quindi non sapevi se l'ascensore era in arrivo o no. Al piano del ristorante il display è addirittura sfondato. Per quanto riguarda il bagno c'è la vasca idromassaggio ma il water è incastrato tra il muro ed il lavandino di fronte. Ci sono però molte cose positive come il ristorante che, anche se a buffet, è risultato molto buono e vario con poca coda da fare. Unico neo, l'effetto "cinese" cioè ti portano via il piatto troppo presto e anche quando hai il cibo in bocca. Gentilezza e cortesia in sala non mancano comunque mai. Un grande grazie a Nico , gentilissimo e pazientissimo barman come pochi. Tirando le somme sono molto di più gli aspetti positivi che quelli negativi.

Mai più in questo posto orrendo prima cosa sembra un ricovero per anziani non c'è gente giovane e manca l' intrattenimento camere troppo piccole e se vuoi usare la vasca idromassaggio che e in tutte le stanze devi pagare 8 euro al giorno cosa non scritta sul loro sito. Poi non parliamo della ristorazione sembra di mangiare in un ospedale se non peggio personale che prepara le bevande e non sanno manco cosa c'è dentro ma dove sono finito tiratemi fuori da qua non mi vedono più qua prima e ultima mi hanno rovinato il capodanno

Secondo anno in questo hotel e anche quest'anno siamo stati soddisfatti e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Cucina ottima e varia tutta a buffet per ogni gusto. Personale gentilissimo Pulizia camere, luoghi comuni, piscina ottimale. Servizio bici gratuito per le prime due ore. Parcheggio coperto e recintato. Non possiamo chiedere di più. Torneremo di nuovo

Colazione con tanta scelta , torte anche fatte in casa, pranzo e cena sempre a buffet ma con ampia scelta. Dessert frutta e due dolci a scelta. Serata romagnola e serata a base di pesce. Stanza con un bel balcone.bagno con vasca idromassaggio, avrei preferito la doccia. Parcheggio comodo. Hotel vicino al mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Mare pulito

Pernottamento breve in famiglia, nel complesso l'hotel offre spazi e servizi sufficienti, contando che però è classificato come un 4 stelle, a mio avviso alcuni sevizi andrebbero forse riveduti e ammodernati. Tutta la stanza si presenta datata e vissuta in molti punti, in bagno molto stretto lo spazio tra wc e doccia, servizio ristorazione nel complesso buono, anche se completamente self service. Da questa categoria ci aspettavamo qualcosina di più nella cura delle varie cose, ma abbiamo comunque goduto di un discreto soggiorno.
