Soggiorno piacevole: camere ordinate, letti e asciugamani puliti, docce in perfetto ordine.

The owners were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy every day. Very varied and excellent breakfast. Lunch and dinner with a constantly varied menu, with quality products and everything cooked excellently. The Romagna evening was very beautiful. Experience to be repeated and recommended.

Luckily my family and I didn't go there. I was contacted by one of their collaborators who warned me via telephone that most likely they could no longer honor our reservation and I was advised to cancel. At this point I asked him to put in writing via email the reasons why they could no longer honor a reservation. confirmed for some time...To date I haven't received it and I don't think any email will arrive...Then I read the reviews and I realized I had to thank the guy at the facility who contacted me 😂

Apart from the availability and kindness of the owner, I would say that the stay (luckily for one night) was terrible. We booked with the Mirabilandia +hotel offer. Usually we have always taken good hotels... but this one... the dirty room, on arrival it smelled musty and musty, the small balcony it had with a view of a dilapidated house, the bathroom not particularly clean for 5 people, few towels, the hot water came after 5 minutes of running the tap. The toilet paper already used by others (roll not intact) is damp, placed on the toilet better. My son with mite allergy was sick all night. Oh well", you'll pass for one night, but the icing on the cake is breakfast. Never had such a terrible and bad breakfast. Packaged cakes and yoghurt from the discount store, which made your mouth stick. The yoghurt was exclusively plain, not even the possibility of having a different flavour. for children. Poor buffet, no savory food, no bread, only rusks. The only thing that could be saved was the pineapple juice mini croissants (counted) only empty and the chocolate in the cup. We were really disappointed after breakfast. I strongly advise the owners to invest more in cleanliness of the rooms, decent furnishings (the beds creaked) and kindness It's there but it's of little use in these conditions.

Not exactly a 3-star hotel, let's say 2... friendly staff, not very nice rooms... no fridge, paid air conditioning (never heard of this stuff) and breakfast... the poorest I've seen so far in a 3 star hotel

Hotel nella normalità della riviera romagnola. Scarso il servizio. Ho sentito la mancanza e il calore delle gestioni familiari romagnole. Letto con 3 doghe mancanti (ho rischiato anche di farmi male).... ma come si fa a rifare un letto e non accorgersi di un danno del genere.
