If it weren't for the staff it would be an average 4 star hotel from the 80's. I had a great time but I don't think I will go back. Let me explain: 1 only very slow lift for 90 rooms on 6 floors, you think. If you put strollers, the elderly, small children in rush hour, moving up and down became a frenzy. Carpet in the common areas (not indicated with sand) My room did not have a power outlet in the bathroom If you go wrong on the side of the hotel you have shouts and screams until 2 in the morning and when it's shift at 5 the garbage truck passes If you want to use air conditioned or on or off!!! Impossible to modulate! For the rest: the staff and the top!!! All the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming. A special applause to the animation girls, who involve all the children with great kindness and sweetness. My anchor says they miss them! Nice large superior room, fresh and well cleaned.

Hotel Royal é situato in un’ottima posizione di fronte al mare e a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia privata, con lettini e ombrelloni inclusi nel prezzo per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il personale molto cordiale e simpatico; la struttura offre alcuni servizi come il noleggio di biciclette (sempre incluso nel prezzo) molto comodo per visitare la città e il porto, collegati comodamente da una pista ciclabile lungo il mare, inoltre dispone di una piscina climatizzata (anche se personalmente quando ho usufruito della piscina non l’ho trovata per niente climatizzata come dicevano) all’aperto con dello spazio attorno dove sono disposti dei lettini prendisole. È fornito anche di altri servizi a pagamento come massaggi e la possibilità di pranzare e cenare in struttura. La colazione (inclusa nel prezzo) è molto ricca e varia, dal salato al dolce, inoltre ci sono anche le crêpe e i waffle fatti al momento dal personale. Le camere erano pulitissime e in ordine, complimenti. Questo hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo; è sicuramente un ottimo hotel lungo la costa peccato per alcune piccole imprecisioni.

Sono stata presso il Royal Hotel a Valverde (Cesenatico) per 5 giorni e 4 notti acquistando la pensione completa. L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione di fronte al mare e il lungomare è bellissimo per fare delle lunghe passeggiate. La nostra stanza era una quadrupla con balconcino angolare e vista mare laterale. Con noi una cagnolina che fortunatamente, grazie al balcone, aveva possibilità di stare all'aperto quando non poteva stare con noi. Inoltre abbiamo trovato un gradito kit di benvenuto per la nostra cagnolina La cortesia di tutto il personale è stata notata da subito. I ragazzi della reception splendidi, pronti ad essere sempre d'aiuto. Anche le signore che si occupavano delle pulizie sono state attente a ogni nostra necessità. Al bar gentilezza e buonumore e ottimi consigli su cosa andare a visitare. Infine, il ristorante è gestito egregiamente con un'ampia varietà di cibi a buffet che vanno dai numerosi antipasti ai primi, contorni, secondi, dolci. Tutto ottimo. Un plauso al personale: Pasquale e Beppe, ma anche le dolcissime Fatima e Noura, che si sono prese cura dei nostro bimbi con sorrisi e buonumore. Tutto splendido! Ci torneremo al 100%!
