Siamo arrivati in tarda notte, già ci avevano consigliato male la via e quindi siamo andati da tutt’altra parte ..ma poca cosa. Abbiamo dormito e siamo partiti senza la prima colazione . Ma doveva essere solo un posto dove riposare . Abbiamo pagato in contanti anche avendo fatto la prenotazione tramite Booking. Nessuno ci ha informato anche se sul regolamento c ‘è scritto che comunque i soldi ci sarebbero stati tolti, quindi pot te vano dire lasci il pagamento con carta anche se avevamo espressamente scritto pagamento in struttura. Dopo 7 giorni dalla partenza mi sono reso conto che questi soldi non sono stati pre prenotati ma proprio tolti . Ho chiamato in struttura e una signorina non si è fatta carico, mi ha detto di scrivere una e-mail perché proprietario solo l’indomani avrebbe potuto controllare ed invece ha risposto alla mia e-mail di lamentele insultando visto che io avevo solo detto che domani essendo il 7 o 8 giorni dipende uno come conta sarei andata a fare denuncia dai carabinieri per riavere i miei soldi, perché non posso io interfacciarmi con Booking !! Non si sono scusati né hanno trattato il cliente come soggetto che ha comunque “sempre “ ragione. Bastava all’arrivo dirci che i soldi per 7/8 giorni non li avremmo rivisti. Visto che 5/7 giorni dalla data della partenza noi siamo partiti il 5 mattina presto ora sono passati . Le persone lavorano e fanno sacrifici se non ci fossimo accorti magari li avremmo anche persi. Perché non era una pre-ordine visto che sono stati contabilizzati e tolti e non solo bloccati. Per dire ciò ho inviato foto dell’addebito.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was happy with the experience. We had a room on the east side facing the beach. The room was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't cramped and was well lit and clean. IMO the room was a little small for the price. The elevators worked and were clean. The staff are what you would expect at a 4* hotel, very courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we got there, but it was corrected. Breakfast was great. We ate dinner at the hotel several times. The food was good and the service excellent. They have a dessert buffet with a good selection. The lobby and terrace are very nice. There is a bar in the lobby. We were half-past-dead when we got there on Wednesday evening. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday evening and the bartender made us some sandwiches, so we didn't have to go out.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e il giudizio è sostanzialmente molto positivo anche se qualche appunto va fatto. La Hall dell’hotel moderna e veramente bella. La camera matrimoniale di buone dimensioni anche se il materasso era usurato e da sostituire. Visto che il riposo è importante per un ospite è importante che questi aspetti siano valutati. Bagno grande anche se un po’ datato. Visto il tipo di struttura potrebbe essere rimodernizzato. La colazione è il vero fiore all’occhiello. Per tutti i viaggi che ho fatto in Italia e nel mondo è sicuramente una delle migliori se non forse la migliore in assoluto. Ampissima scelta di dolci (cornetti alla crema, alla nutella, al pistacchio.. bomboloni.. torte..confetture di marmellate di tutti i tipi..) Per chi come me ama il dolce a colazione rimarrà a bocca aperta. Ottima scelta tuttavia anche di frutta, salato vario e reparto glutee free. Veramente voto 10+. Anche i ragazzi che sono lì a servire super disponili e gentili. Nel complesso se dovremo tornare a Milano Marittima questa sarà sicuramente la nostra meta.

Since we are talking about a 5vstell hotel, I obviously expect a top experience from all points of view, but that was not the case: The room is widely well equipped and with a really large terrace. The very large bathroom had several sins: the bide had broken rubinette so no hot, extremely noisy water (we heard the waste from the other bathrooms) provided with soaps that were not integrated the next few days. The painful notes I reserve for staff: let him come into the room trying to enter (we were in) having but wrong number of room; Two day room not refined (how a thing like this is possible!) For a ”distraction” The hotel is a hotel that is a hotel where I spend 200 euros per night! The hotel is very comfortable and available, and the buffet is also fantastic and offers every delight, with a quick and careful room staff. I don't think I would repeat the experience in this hotel.

What a disgusting let down this place was, and a danger too. Do not book, you will not get value for money. We had a 2 week full board stay in a family room. Arrived late evening. Reception were no help and gave no advice or tips, not did they even provide us with the basics, like the required voucher for sun loungers. Our family room was tiny, even if just for a couple. A double bed then small bunk beds n barely room to move in between. The bathroom door only opened around 60° as it hit the sink, and you had to choose if to plug the mini fridge or the TV in, there wasn't capability for both. The room was so cramped we had to put a little item of furniture on the balcony so we could stand next to the bed. The balcony,, had 2 plastic chairs that just fit the width of the balcony so if you wanted to sit on one, it had to be turned in to give room for your knees (not that I would have sat on one - they were filthy and flimsy). How this hotel can say it has air conditioning is beyond me. There was a very old and leaking box above the doorway. The only difference this made to the room was approx 2° cooler only if you left it on all day with the doors and blinds shut and noone in the room. Within two minutes of entry it was sweltering again. Food...breakfast is served in the hottest room ever, you could barely breathe. The food is nice if you like pastries. Fresh fruit was rare. The scrambled egg, sausages and bacon weren't great, and looked like left there the whole service. Don't dare try and ask for a coffee from the bar if you're not Italian, you use the machine. Lunch and dinner the items off the menu were nice, but the buffet was the same every single day for two weeks and an awful cattle run at opening because a) it's crammed in a right awkward corner, and b) the most popular things are not replenished when gone. All the vegetables are served chilled. I found the food quite nice, but was really fed up by the end of two weeks. It was nice that the room lunch and dinner is served in is cool. Phew. Now for the facilities: dirty. Unkempt. Dangerous. Neglected. The photos tell you the story. A man hole which was uncovered, and the broken slab cast aside, was left unfixed at the side of the path you have to take to get from hotel to pool. There was building material left abandoned everywhere. Stinking overflowing bins and piles of tat and rubbish. Hose pipes left in random and dangerous places (like the bottom of the stairs) for the whole two weeks. There is a sunbathing deck above the pitiful pool showers which had loose and missing panels. I in fact witnessed someone put their hand on one and luckily saved themself from falling when the plank fell away. Pool: when we arrived the pool was lovely and clean but as time went on it was obvious the filter wasn't enough. The grime, and black and pink mold, growing round the pool is evident on the photos. Strategic location with attached parking. Careful and proactive staff. Ready to also give advice on interest points in the surroundings. Light and clean rooms. I haven't found negative aspects that would lead me to not return. Advised!
