The rooms are dated, which would not be a problem, if they weren't also dirty and not cared for in basic services. Extremely poor cleaning. There is no hanger for towels in the bathrooms, a glass to put toothbrushes, etc. Poor quality food: all on a budget. The owner is rude and unwelcoming. The only positive notes: the spaciousness of the rooms, the availability of the dining room staff and the girl at the reception.

MAI PIÙ. Grazie alla scortesia della gestrice (quella della mattina con i capelli corti) arroganza e scontrosa oltre ogni limite verso un cliente non metterò mai più piede in questo hotel. Dopo 30 anni di Romagna è la prima volta che mi imbatto in un gestore simile. Peccato perché il resto dello staff è stato gentilissimo.

Scortesia e ben poca empatia queste le parole d'ordine, chiamato per avere informazioni e chiarimenti su un preventivo per un soggiorno di 7 notti ma la loro scortesia mi ha fatto desistere dal confermare la prenotazione.....sono fermamente convinta che gentilezza ed educazione paghino sempre......quindi di conseguenza faremo la nostra prenotazione presso un altra struttura......come si suol dire il buongiorno si vede dal mattino .......e in questo caso il "biglietto da visita" non. È stato dei migliori tutt' altro

Hotel, se così si può definire, obsoleto. Proprietari arroganti e freddi, mai un sorriso o un saluto. Condizionatori, pochi e datati, quindi in sala ristorante un caldo terribile, come nelle stanze dove le macchine fanno tantissimo rumore e non raffreddano. Ci siamo permessi di fare una lamentela a riguardo direttamente con il proprietario e siamo stati derisi da lui e dalla figlia con scuse assurde... Il cibo è nella norma, ma se si arriva in sala 10 minuti dopo, nonostante ci sia un lasso di tempo per recarsi a tavola, il buffet non viene rifornito e quindi si resta senza. La figlia del proprietario ci ha risposto con "Bè non potete accontentarvi di quello che c'è?". Complimenti per la gentilezza!!! Il Bagno Gildo, convenzionato, ha ombrelloni vecchi, quindi al minimo soffio di vento vengono chiusi e si rimane a cuocersi sotto al sole. La signora del Bagno è gentilissima e disponibile, ma la struttura offre ben poco e se si sceglie di rimanere in spiaggia a pranzo anziché rientrare, i piatti sono scarsissimi sia di qualità che di quantità. Giudizio negativo al 100%, nonostante la vicinanza sia al centro che alla spiaggia, ma i proprietari rendono la struttura più triste di quello che è già!

Hotel pulito e confortevole, personale molto cortese e disponibile, varietà di scelta ai pasti. In posizione comoda sia per la spiaggia convenzionata dove è possibile scegliere di pranzare a mezzogiorno che che per una passeggiata serale. Le camere sono dotate di un comodo balcone. Consigliato Ottima qualità/prezzo

Mi dispiace molto dover dire che non ci tornerò. Partiamo proprio da una delle cose che non mi sarei aspettata. Il calore, la gentilezza e la poca cortesia del personale specialmente di chi lo gestisce. Il personale delle pulizie è l'unico che è stato sempre sorridente e carino. Il personale di sala, a parte il ragazzo che aveva difficoltà con l'italiano, che tendo a sottolineare CHE È STATO MOLTO EDUCATO E GENTILE,il restante non si può commentare. Arrogante l'altro ragazzo, mai un sorriso, mai un saluto. Il cibo purtroppo è quello che è ma più di tanto non mi soffermo. Mi dispiace molto non aver riscontrato il calore che solitamente mi aspetto di trovare da persone che gestiscono un'attività. Soprattutto perché per quanto ci riguarda non torneremo più. La riviera è conosciuta anche per il calore che emanano le persone che hanno l'attività li, e l'ho sempre ritrovato. Qua mi sembrava più che altro di essere in un altro paese. Detto ciò mi dispiace, ma com3 si scrivono cose belle, bisogna anche dire le cose negative.

Dovevamo andare ad agosto, sapendo delle due settimane di disdetta, scrivo nelle tempistiche una mail, nessuno risponde, risultato, personale maleducato al telefono, si sono intascati la caparra, e quasi mia moglie si prende della cretina perché abbiamo disdetto…

Camere datate sporche e polverose bagno tipo ospedale vecchio ci sono stato con mia moglie per due notti e non ci tornerò mai piu. Pulizia in generale pessima. Colazione pranzo e cena da rivedere, bassa qualità. Delusione in merito all’accoglienza, mai nessun sorriso e poca disponibilità in generale del personale, lontano anni luce dalla consueta allegria del popolo romagnolo. Da non consigliare.
