We returned to Cervia after a few years of absence and found the brand new Elegance Suite Apartments a bit by chance, but it was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and bright apartment, perfectly equipped even with the same coffee machine as ours at home!

We were guests of this residence after the civil protection made us evacuate from our home. All new, clean and friendly staff. The proximity to the beach and the fact that the sea area was not affected by this disaster allowed us to spend 3 more peaceful days. We were treated with care by all the staff. I recommend it to all families.

Long weekend with the family Excellent solution for those traveling with the family! With 2 older children it was very convenient to have 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. We stayed for 4 nights in the three-room Deluxe and we felt at home, nothing is really missing! Nearby beach and pine forest, ditto supermarket, very comfortable beds and an apartment that still smells new! We will come back for sure

Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent solution, we were the first to stay there. Apart from the standard equipment (large wardrobes, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer...) such as to allow even a long stay, some extra attention: for example the nespresso with a few pods for the first coffees. Everything spotless. Laundry room with coin operated washer dryer in the basement. Blackout shutters and large balconies. In short: everything more than perfect. Very friendly staff, location a few meters from the pine forest.

New residence just renovated, super equipped kitchen, excellent location very close to the beach. Possibility to rent bicycles, very comfortable mattresses and internal parking. I thank Matteo for the great availability and professionalism.

Sono stato ospite dal 05 al 19 agosto 2024con la mia famiglia ,l' appartamento è veramente accogliente e ben accessoriato , tutto nuovo ben curato , l' aria condizionata funzionante bene , posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi o in bici dalle spiagge di Pinarella ,il personale molto professionale e gentile,speriamo di ritornare!!
