Ten friends from Ireland recently stayed at Hotel Orchidea as one was participating in the Ironman Emilia Romagna. The location for the Ironman couldn't have been better. The start & finish of the event was minutes from the Hotel. The massive, beautiful, sandy beach of Cervia was directly across the road from out hotel with beautiful restraunts everywhere. The Hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotless and very well run. The food was gorgeous and reasonably priced. The bedrooms were small but had everything you'd need including lovely comfortable beds, a beautiful ensuite, plenty of storage & a lovely little balcony to sit out on. The rooms were cleaned daily as was the hotel reception/lobby. You wouldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. As for the staff! They were exceptional. 100% efficient, friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the owner to the cleaning staff - all were exceptional. We actually ended up on first name terms with most of them. Hotel Orchidea was advertised as a family run Hotel and when we left we certainly felt part of their family. They booked transfers for us to the Airport and they all came out to wave us off when leaving. Never have we felt such warmth from a fantastic team. 10/10 to Hotel Orchidea. We could not fault you 👏 👏 👏

ottimo Hotel sul lungomare di Cervia: ambiente molto curato nei particolari, raffinato ed elegante. camere un pò piccole ma molto confortevoli, pulite e curate. tutto il personale dell'hotel molto cortese e disponibile. le camere vista mare hanno un balconcino con una vista impagabile. colazione eccellente con prodotti di pasticceria tutti di loro produzione.

Settimana all' Hotel Orchidea all'insegna del relax ..... Hotel non troppo grande ma arredi semplici e carini . Le camere sono tenute molto bene , ordinate e pulite . Purtroppo nessuna attivita' da poter svolgere all'interno dell 'hotel ma almeno e' situato molto vicino al lungomare ed alle attrazioni turistiche delle altre citta' limitrofe. La cucina e' altalenante . il top sicuramente coi primi piatti ( avevo scelto gli spaghetti alle vongole , cremosi e gustosissimi ) li ho divorati in un batter 'occhio ..... ho chiesto al mio cameriere se il cuoco che preparava i primi fosse napoletano e mi ha confermato la mia sensazione . Da buon casertana , ho riconosciuto e percepito l'esperienza e l'amore nella preparazione di un piatto cosi importante per la cucina partenopea . Molto interessante anche il risotto alla barbabietola stracciatella e polvere di liquirizia , mai mangiato una cosa cosi , ottima ricetta ..... Il buffet purtroppo non e' stato dello stesso livello . Per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno c'erano le stesse cose sia a pranzo che a cena , e anche dall'aspetto non erano bellissime . I dolci anche sempre gli stessi 3/4 ...... mentre a colazione sicuramente la scelta era molto piu vasta , tante briosche e torte di vari gusti .... I ragazzi in sala almeno quello del mio tavolo gentile e veloce . Nel complesso esperienza positiva , Grazie a presto !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel per la terza.volta e come sempre abbiamo riscontrato gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale,pulizia al top e ottima cucina! Cosa aggiungere di più? Quando andiamo a Cervia noi torniamo sempre all' Orchidea.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 21 al 28 luglio : siamo rimasti affascinati dalla professionalità, bravura e gentilezza del personale e dall'eleganza della struttura. Dalla reception alla cucina, dal personale di sala alla pulizia delle camere, fino allo stabilimento balneare, ci siamo sentiti coccolati, mai in modo formale o per esprimere un dovere professionale, sempre con la disponibilità che deriva da un'esperienza pluridecennale. Non ci sono voti o stelle per esprimere la nostra ammirazione, cinque pallini verdi danno solo una vaga idea del livello insuperabile di questo hotel che ringraziamo ancora per la bellissima vacanza che abbiamo trascorso.
