I have never seen such nice staff, the manager is very caring for his clients and makes sure we have a perfect stay. It's clean and safe. Food at restaurant is delicious. We really felt well thanks to the kindness of the staff. The beach is accrossed the street, and the pool is great. Easy parking / Great Wifi / Fast elevator TV only in Italian. We will go back for sure.

L’hotel ha un bello spazio esterno davanti ed una bella piscina, anche se eccessivamente riscaldata. Cibo direi nel complesso buono. Le camere sono rinnovate solamente al quarto piano, le altre sono pulite ma piuttosto umili e vecchiotte, per questo ho ritenuto piuttosto alto il prezzo.

Accoglienza e ospitalità eccellente,piscina bellissima con acqua ben riscaldata,le camere e la cucina sufficienti.Posizione della struttura molto bella perché è vicina al lungo mare e anche al centro storico di cervia non molto grande come hotel ma abbastanza efficiente

abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: ambienti pulitissimi, personale molto gentile, camera con arredo funzionale e bagno con piccola finestra. la piscina esterna copribile ha l'acqua calda ed è davvero piacevole. Colazione buona. Torneremo!

Se cercate la tipica ospitalità romagnola, questo é il posto giusto! Se cercate un albergo a due passi dal mare e dal centro, questo é il posto giusto! Se cercate la tranquillità a due passi dalla "movida", questo é il posto giusto! Siamo stati benissimo, albergo confortevole, personale gentilissimo e accogliente, cucina ottima, insomma: come essere a casa!

Personale molto gentile, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Le camere sono un pò datate ma la pulizia è davvero ottima. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla zona di movida! Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina al coperto, con acqua tiepida che ci ha permesso di farci un bagno nonostante le temperature ancora fresche.

Il mio giudizio è relativo, perchè, come sempre, è tutta una questione di target di clientela e di aspettative. Per quanto mi riguarda, salvo solo la cortesia di quelli che credo siano i titolati e la posizione (prossima al mare), ma per il resto: - camere davvero molto vetuste, che necessiterebbero di una sostanziale ristrutturazione e riammodernata; - una gran puzza proveniente dalle fosse biologiche, immagino; - colazione davvero di basso livello.

Probabilmente, anzi senza se o ma, uno dei peggiori hotel in cui ho pernottato fino ad oggi. Camera fatiscente, personale che definire professionale è offensivo per chi lavora nel turismo. Mai un sorriso. Mai una battuta. Cibo discreto. Colazione banale senza nulla di eccezionale. Excelsior…. Per te è no!
