There is nothing to be complained about at Hotel Saraceno. Staff's professionalism and kindness is one of a kind. The hotel was very flexible with our special requests; 2 family members being on a special diet were provided with special food, with no problem. It is really challenging to find a place where you feel you are taken care of in this terms. To sum it up, you just don't need to worry about anything when you get there, you simply feel like at home. Memories of the lovely breakfasts in the garden will be kept in our hearts, so will we remember the drinks and snacks at the superb beach bar Bagno Giuliano 247 :) Thank you Gabriella, Remo and the whole Staff! ＜3

A true jewel we stumbled upon. A great place to enjoy the beach and unwind, their private section of the beach has a great restaurant and is without a doubt the nicest spot on the beach. The hotel itself is a great oasis of peace, perfectly located between Milano and Cervia, and the staff is amazing. It is apparent they love working there and taking care of their guest. Do yourself a favor and go and while you’re there, Paulo’s Mojitos are the perfect apperetivo. Ciao

Hotel Saraceno è stata una piacevole scoperta. A partire dalla cordialità, simpatia e attenzione del personale verso il cliente. Pulizia, ordine e cura dei dettagli. Posizione perfetta a due passi dal bagno privato Giuliano della struttura. Al mattino una colazione a buffet molto ricca di prodotti freschi e genuini. Il nostro cagnolino è stato accettato e trattato come un componente della famiglia, avendo avuto accesso a tutta la struttura! Non vediamo l ora di tornare e ringraziamo di cuore per questi giorni meravigliosi! Bravi tutti!

Primo anno da cliente in questa meravigliosa struttura... Sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla gentilezza del personale (cosa non scontata), in particolare della proprietaria e della sig.ra Nadia che ci ha accolto come membri della famiglia. Ricordo solamente che frequento l'Hotel Saraceno da soli 26 anni e se non mi fossi sentito come a casa mia, coccolato e considerato, sempre al centro dell'attenzione. Non dico le qualità dell'ottimo personale, tutto, sempre disponibile in tutto. L'ottimo chèf che ogni volta ci presenta una cucina di alto livello, proprio adatta a tutti. Non vi dico della spiaggia annessa: Giuliano 247, senza ombra di dubbio la migliore di Milano Marittima. Un'ultima cosa per chi non vuole crederci, io non sono parente di Gabriella e Remo, anche se il tempo trascorso al Saraceno mi fa sentire della loro famiglia.

Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires ainsi que par le personnel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La propreté était top (changement des draps tous les jours et linges de bain, minimum 2 fois par jour). Les repas très bons que ce soit au restaurant de la plage comme à l'hôtel. Personnel très présent, à l'écoute et prévenant avec les clients. La plage superbe, avec un emplacement de 20m2 pour chacun des parasols. Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel dont les animaux ainsi que les enfants sont aussi très bien accueillis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en compagnie de nos amis. Les propriétaires et tous les personnel sont charmants et attentionnés. La cuisine est excellente. La plage privée n’a rien à envier à celle d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Nous recommandons vivement.
