Pleasant surprise in Cervia. Hotel at the beach, as all hotels there only separated from it by a road. Private parking available (fee). Hotel has a luxourious atmosphere and is well equipped for a 4 star one. The breakfast is pretty good but not great. But when you sit on the terrace it feels good. The room was too small and lacks coffee/thee facility, probably there was no room left To our surprise we received €100 vouchers for drinks in the hotel. Nice! If you have booked this hotel on their own website, you get the beachfacilities for free (towels, 2 beds seafront and a parasol). This is a big plus! The halfboard is advicable because the restaurant serves a decant meal in a chic ambiance. The personal is very polite and friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte all'Hotel Gambrinus usufruendo della spa interna (servizio molto interessante, disponibile su prenotazione, se fortunati se ne può usufruire in esclusiva). L'accoglienza è stata positiva e gradita, come alloggio la Junior Suite pulita ed elegante. Unica pecca della stanza: credevo il balcone fosse più grande, ma probabilmente dipende dalla J.Suite assegnata. Colazione molto ricca, grande disponibilità del personale ed eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Il prestigioso giardino dell’hotel Gambrinus è il valore aggiunto ad un soggiorno all’insegna del benessere e dell’eleganza. A differenza degli altri hotel della stessa categoria della zona, il personale è particolarmente professionale, disponibile e gentile verso il cliente, siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite dal modo in cui il capo reception dell’hotel Massimiliano ci ha accolte all’arrivo facendoci entrare nel mood della vacanza e di come si è subito preoccupato che la camera rispondesse a tutte le nostre esigenze con serietà e cordialità. La cucina è un perfetto incontro tra la tradizione culinaria italiana e le influenze internazionali creano un’esperienza gustativa ricca e diversificata. La millefoglie con crema di nocciole è uno dei dessert di alta pasticceria che più ci hanno soddisfatto. La colazione presenta un’ampia scelta di dolci in linea con gli altri hotel della stessa categoria. Impeccabile la pulizia delle camere, comode ed eleganti.

Tutto è eccellente in questo hotel, dalla posizione alla cortesia di tutto lo staff, dalla pulizia al servizio spa e alla palestra... ma il vero pezzo forte è la qualità del cibo, è davvero arduo trovare una ristorazione simile in un hotel, degna di un ristorante stellato; si mangia così bene che ci si dimentica anche delle dimensioni della camera (comfort vista mare) un pochino piccola rispetto alla media.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 3 jours. Nous l avons choisi pour leurs chambres spacieuses or nous avons eut droit à une chambre confort comme ils disent de 10 m carré.. vue sur un mur pense que le prix ne va pas avec les prestations de plus on nous a baladé pendant le séjour en nous promettant un changement pour une chambre plus grande.. je déconseille vivement! Petit déjeuner également médiocre..
