Functional hotel on a retail park several kilometres outside the town centre. Rooms clean and friendly staff but no atmosphere or connection to Alsace. For business rather than leisure travellers. Breakfast was generous but very much buffet bar style.

Nice, modern hotel but situated in a sort of industrial park. There are a couple of restaurants nearby ( as well as a trampoline hall, laser tag centre and go-kart track) but for everything else you will need transport. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff in the hotel and bar. Breakfast was fine but this must be the only hotel in France that doesn’t have pain au chocolat on the buffet! Ce n’est pas possible!

The staff is very welcoming. Very suitable and spacious family room. Good bedding. Hearty breakfast and regional products are appreciated. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle. Easy access. No dinner on site but restaurant nearby

I stayed two nights in this hotel, it was a negative experience that I will not repeat. At the entrance there is not even a reception, but simply a table with an employee at the computer. The rooms are really small, there was no place to put things. The second night we found the bed not made well: the sheets were only turned up. The breakfast was barely decent, everything was frozen, for dinner we had to go to a nearby place, since the hotel does not have a restaurant. I will not return and I do not recommend it, not even for one night.

Bel hôtel situé dans la zone commerciale de Cernay. Malgré la proximité avec de nombreux restaurants, un cinéma et un karting notamment, l'hôtel est très calme. Les chambres sont bien décorées et modernes. Le lit est confortable. Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement !

Hôtel tout neuf dans une zone commerciale (donc pas très romantique). Le concept est un mélange de moderne-écolo-récup d’objets anciens (miroir ancien dans la salle de bain, skis montés comme une étagère). Déco simple & idée intéressante. Chambre & salle de bain nickel. La formule du petit déjeuner suit la même ligne. Vaisselle dépareillée-récup-chinée. Pas de mini-viennoiseries mais des produits locaux & des gâteaux faits maison. Formule sympa sauf quand un groupe de touristes, une horde devrais-je dire, envahit la salle du petit déjeuner en même temps que vous & s’agglutine-dévalise-monopolise le buffet sans civilité, ni décence, ni retenue … ☹️🥺 À croire que le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix se devait d’être rentable … de quoi vous couper l’appétit !
