The hotel is affordable, located in a town near Barcelona, ​​in an area of ​​industrial estates opposite a cemetery. We chose the accommodation for the price offer, we had already visited Barcelona and the location if you go by car is good, since you can park. Walking about 10 minutes, you have a supermarket, an inexpensive gas station and walking a little further there are pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops. Special mention deserves La Guindilla, where we had a fantastic dinner with excellent service. As for the hotel, there are aspects that give it value. The free parking, the tranquility, the attention from the staff who are friendly and attentive, ... Although the hotel has aspects to improve. The walls of the room were retouched and not repainted, there were traces of damp on the ceiling, if you turned on the reading light on a bedside table the fuses in the room blew (we had to lift them several times), the bed was really very worn and “loose” and made a lot of noise and moved, although it was comfortable, in the bathroom when I washed my hair soap bubbles came out of the drain on the floor. There is a safe, although the wardrobe is quite old-fashioned. At reception they give you lemonade or orange juice, which we appreciate because it was a nice touch, and they left two bottles of water and two chocolates in the room, as well as a welcome text. The room had a small fridge and the bathroom had a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. In the bathroom you couldn't plug in the hair straightener, as the hair dryer plug gave an error. It had a duvet cover and they had put a blanket inside. The bed was very wide but as I have indicated, the bed base needed to be changed. The tilt-and-turn window was very useful for ventilation, although you have to be careful because at least in October there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel also has a good gym and meeting rooms. The room was very clean and the hotel was generally clean. In short, if you are looking for a hotel near Barcelona and you are travelling by car, you are on a tight budget and you assume that it is a comfortable hotel but that there are details that need improvement, this may be a good option.
