最主要的是服務態度好，酒店鄰近居民區，但與大街很近，吃飯等方便。有早餐，衞生精緻。前台服務態度非常好，有求必應。出門時遇到下雨，主動借給雨傘，並囑咐有暴雨預警，如遇大雨沒時躲避。每次路過廣西，都感覺到廣西人民，樸實無華、熱情好客。
