It has been a wonderful stay for me and my husband at Majorca. The room very spacious and clean. Nice surrondings with direct access to Canal Walk Mall. The staffs very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Michael who helped us a lot.

They are congenial, friendly and super responsive and efficient.You could ask for better hosts and just super custodians of a gorgeous (15/10🥰🇿🇦) Property. We will be back for sure. I dont even know where to start regarding how awesome our stay and interaction with the staff was. Friendly and helpfull staff, have to mention Babsie and Pamela who went out of their way to assist us even with last minute changes to our accommodation. The place itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our holliday. The mall is very close and kids can enjoy not only Majorca as a facility but facilities at the mall as well. What more can i say, we just love the place and will definitely be regulars

The place was near airport so transfer to airport was not challenging. Response time for any issues was good. Staff waited for us to arrive till late when we delayed coz of change of flight.

Great location. Access very easy via a bridge to canal walk, very secure and beautiful place with outside pool, heated covered pool, wild ducks, secure parking. The apartment is fully equipped with dishwashing , washing machine, dryer, etc.. However the cleaning and maintenance could be improved

The staff made this stay a very pleasant experience in addition to the great security and the well equipped and maintained apartment. We stay here whenever we visit Cape Town because of it’s proximity to Canal Walk which is a tremendous mall. It’s also easy to access the highway that connects the central business district as well as the airport and various tourist sites

Babalwa or Babsie she are known as, were the best also the Manager Deon. All my stays in Capetown will be at Majorca.Cosy close to the shops secure parking friendly people pool peace and quiet assisted on short notice with the best price.

I would recommend staying here to anyone. Everything in the apartment is always up to standard and the staff are also very helpful. The facilities in and around the complex are convenient and easy to access.

Positive: Very warm welcome from Bamshie (?) and team! Received an upgrade, thank you so much. Location and views Layout and size Staff were very friendly and tried to help wherever they could Disliked Old furniture that looks quite worn out/ used and dusty Kitchen was not clean and utensils were old and some broken Apartments was quite dirty, though staff tried to clean One air conditioner did not work, not great for such hot days Wifi not great No back up/ support for load shedding (torches/ battery would be good) Place needs a refurbishment
