First, the bad points. I was worried for the first time in South Africa, so I contacted Marriott directly and asked him to pick me up at the airport. I had to go to the hotel by taxi on a strange land on my own. Of course I put a claim, but the reason was refreshing. I don't know if you apologize, but you could send it to the airport for free on the day of checkout. From here it is a good point, but I felt that the security around the Marriott Crystal Towers is very good around Cape Town. You can go directly to the shopping center called Canal Walk from the bridge behind the hotel. I was able to spend relatively peace of mind, so I recommend it if you care about security. The pool is small but you can see Table Mountain. However, the water in the pool was too cold. There are many types of breakfast and all you can drink coffee and you can take it home. By the way, Japanese did not communicate at all.

Wow, wow, wow. I want everybody reading this to ignore all the negative reviews for this hotel. my wife and I have very high standards and found this hotel amazing. We were so impressed that we not only stayed for the original four nights but added an additional two nights. The rooms are of perfect size and very clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing, you can only eat so much LOL. Walking distance from Canal Walk and believe me, you don't hear any trucks reversing or any other noise. I had major back surgery and very particular about the mattress I sleep on, I slept like a baby with no discomfort. Most people that complain and give negative reviews are mostly people who have personal issues. 10 out of 10 for you guys, I'll be back.

First time staying at this property. Great experience. From the friendly and welcoming check in staff to the helpful and ever willing to go the extra mile breakfast staff. The location of the Hotel and views make it look like you are in another country. Very safe location of the Hotel. Walking distance to Canal walk. Excellent in every way. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Wonderful stay, very impressed and would definitely use again as my first choice if in Cape Town. Excellent location with Mall 5 minute walk away and town, waterfront, Plumstead all only £5 taxi ride away (working on 22 ZAR to £) Thank you once more would highly recommend.
