InnJoy Boutique Hotel

The hotel was very good and clean. The rooms are really good, comfortable and warm. sleep quality is good. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was nice. They arrange everything for you. Location is good.

Ours wasn't a business stay, so we were a bit disappointed by the lack of an open kitchen after 5pm, bar (serviced, honesty or other), or even a mini bar in the room. However, the rooms were very nice, and the beds particularly comfortable!

My recent stay at a supposedly four-star hotel left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. From the moment I stepped into the room, it became clear that the establishment was far from deserving of the rates they charged, which were more in line with those of a four-star hotel. Firstly, the coffee provided in the room was nothing short of rubbish. Its taste was unpalatable, and it seemed like a mere afterthought rather than a thoughtful addition to the amenities. For a "hotel" that claims to provide a comfortable stay, the lack of attention to even the simplest of details was concerning. Furthermore, the building and furnishings were old and dilapidated. It felt like stepping into a time warp, with worn-out carpets, creaking floors, and dated décor. The overall ambiance was far from inviting or cozy, and it left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and aesthetics. To make matters worse, the air conditioning system was out of order during my stay. Given the cold weather outside, this was an enormous inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable. The lack of proper maintenance and attention to such essential amenities was frustrating and unacceptable. Lastly, the presence of mold in the shower was a major concern for hygiene and cleanliness. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had neglected this crucial aspect, and it left me feeling uneasy about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at this two-star guesthouse was far from satisfactory. The quality of the coffee, the state of the building and furnishings, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the presence of mold all contributed to an underwhelming stay. Considering the exorbitant rates charged, this "hotel" fails to meet even the basic expectations of a four-star accommodation. I would strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative options for a more pleasant and comfortable stay.

Such an amazing gem in Centurion. Home away from home. The staff are friendly and quick to assist. Security was excellent. My room was lovely and I slept very well. The coffee shop is wonderful and has a great menu with lots of delicious choices. I definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the first moment I arrived till I left. Even the security was friendly and helpful when I had a question. The food from coffee shop was super yummee and fresh.

Very Friendly staff there was a problem with the generator but they acted quickly. Great food and would recommend them. Definitely going to use them again keep it up guys. Suggestion i would make is to have a package were you can add a spa day
