Nice hotel to stay. Friendly and helpful staffs. The room amenities are good. Spacious room and bed is comfortable. There’s convenient stores, pharmacies, various fast food restaurants, petrol stations, Chinese restaurant and dimsum shop around the hotel. Also, there’s a lot of parking lots available. About 10 mins drive to Auto City. Worth the penny.

I absolutely loved the stay at Fuhotel, the service was excellent, the concierge helped organize deliveries and car bookings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was located a 5-10 minute walk away from a night market which was good for supper. All in all, I would definitely stay again. My photos may not do it complete justice. It was a corner suite.

Thanks to the hotel for upgrading our room to a deluxe king room. However, there was some problem with the air-conditioning in this room. The room was very warm. We applied to the receptionist to change rooms, but she arranged housekeeping to clean the air-conditioning net, but the result was still the same. The next day, there was no change. Another Malay receptionist said she would help us change rooms, but she had already gone back when we missed our lunch.

Return hotel stays. Definately will come back & booking with trip.com.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The shower and toilet were spotless, and the automatic toilet bowl had so many features. On level two, there's a great reflexology massage therapy center and a golf simulator area with a bar, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location is fantastic, with McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Tealive, FuHouse Restaurant, 4Fingers Crispy Chicken, Subway, 7-Eleven, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf all nearby. Further down the street, there's a Burger King inside the Caltex petrol station. Highly recommended.

Room nice, internet decent, smart room, no room service as for food, no bkfst. Overalls good, plenty food and fast food outside.

Nice room and big bed. However there is no gym and swimming pool.

Great location, very suitable for business travellers whom travel across mainland and penang island.

Thihotel is quite new and equipped sophisticated switch bitton.The rooms plug all types of "touched", with finding smart toilet, Smart TV, also can watch netflix, apple tv, astro (own acc). Recommend stay here because it's comfortable, clean which is important and friendly staff.  It is recommended for those who come to Penang but don't know where to stay.  Suitable for business travelers as well.

It is Very good n cosy, staff was very friendly n helpful, room amenities especially the toilet bowl operate electronic touch system come with heaters, also electronic touch lighting system. Convenient to call Grab transfer from airport to hotel only less than M$35.00. You can find many local street food around in Bukit Pertanjam Juru sentral district which is cheaper in Penang island. I fully recommend any one to stay with the rate payable value for money
