Sunway hotel always be my first choice, staff are polite, helpful, even the security are friendly and helpful, they reserve parking lots for regular guest and is free of charge. Shopping mall is just 200m away, with many foods and fashion outlets, walking distance from the hotel have many restaurants and cafe for food and some even open 24 hours. Hotel rooms are well maintain and bottle water are supply unlimited to room. Coffee house in the hotel ground floor also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my visit to Seberang Jaya. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Although the dining options were limited, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya offered good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

No socket or adapter near the bed, difficult to perform charging.

The hotel located at very strategic location..near to shopping complex and walking distance with variety of restaurants around the area..very clean hotels and easy check in. Self service check in kiosk available..recommended and will come back to stay here..

Stay here for 2 nights, air one is not cold enough. Other than that everything is good. Receptionist is very helpful. Will be best if aircond can be cold a bit.

Front desk very helpful...easy for parking but need to improve of using debit card also instead of touch n go to entering parking

Strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly. Nice hotel to stay.. the only setback is the check-in procedure is weird and troublesome . Probably can revisit to esse the process..

Overall is good. The only negative point is that i am being directed to the self check-in kiosk even there is no customer checking into the hotel.
Is that the SOP ? If yes, i think it will be better for the front desk only directing the customer to the self check-in kiosk only if there is a long queue.
