Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

the jacuzzi tub had a lot of hair and lint that floated out when we started the jets to take a soak. very loud stomping in hall and upstairs with very loud music playing out side for hours made it hard to relax. breakfast was not good at all.

We found long black hairs wrapped up in every towel, sheet, and pillow. My child found trash and a sharpie underneath the bed. While we swam at the pool, they said they needed to add more chlorine and to come back in one hour. After we came back, every single child in the pool started coughing nonstop and my eyes started burning so bad that I couldn’t open one of them. The workers were extremely nice and helpful during our stay but the hotel could use some love and better cleaning procedures. I also suggest a fix for the chlorine situation. The pool and slide were not open for the hours stated.

The whole stay was great, but breakfast is awful. There is definitely room for improvements when it comes to breakfast.

Room was not clean apon arrival, asked to leave because we had to many things in the room.

It was absolutely perfect. Clean friendly staff great amenities will stay here again!

I love the location and convenience of this place. I love that there is space to play games together as a family and the pool and slide are another great place to spend time together. The staff were friendly and courteous. There was a shortage of bath towels in the room and there were food and candy wrappers behind the dresser and on the floor. Also, There was a weird smell upon entering the room. Breakfast was good, but lacking on the protein end. I was told they usually have hard boiled eggs but they were out.

No Life guard so no water slide. Barely any food and closed breakfast early

People banging doors all night filthy nasty in door pool I would not recommend this to anyone plus over charged and working on getting money back from being double charged. Will never stay at a super 8 again. I wasn’t expecting fancy or anything close I just wanted a decent place to crash out at night and was very disappointed
