Love the view and location.
Breakfast can be better, but the room with facilities is great.
Didnt know the slide at pool was out of service before we book.

Amazing stay – highly recommended!
This place was fantastic! Free parking with plenty of space, and the building is new, clean, and very comfortable. The room had a modern TV and even a Bluetooth speaker, which was a nice touch. There’s also a kitchen, so we could cook our own meals – super convenient.
Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We didn’t try the water slide, but it looked like so much fun – perfect for kids!
If I ever visit Kelowna again, I’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

We stayed three night this time, it was our second visit! Room was clean, breakfast was great! Our room with lake view was amazing!

The hotel is modern and quiet. It is nearby a golf course. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is clean and awesome. There is a kitchen in the room. Breakfast is good. But the shower water is too weak.

The location was good. Walmart and Superstore were nearby the hotel. 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to some famous wineries in BC. We were assigned to the top floor which was quiet. The only complaint from me was the shower. The water was not hot and not enough water pressure.

Second time staying here. It's great overall, great location great staff, great service, great kitchen in the room. I will definitely come back again. The only disappointment was at the end, there was a massive amount of people got locked out of the door during their late check out and even after front desk reactivated the card key, people were still locked out. At the end room service had to come to open the door for each and everyone.
