The in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.

Only been open for 1 month, but you wouldn't know. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Stayed on a Friday night in July with my 20 yr old daughter. This is a newly renovated hotel with some wrinkles to iron out but the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Brand new, spacious and super clean rooms. Special thanks to the lovely Allison who was very interested in our feedback and made a point of making sure that our overall experience was positive. The only reason I didn’t give excellent rating was because it wasn’t fully ready (no fridge or microwave in the room because of delivery issues) for a full experience. Look forward to returning.
