Good location, staffs were helpful and attentive especially the breakfast greeter lady named Weni. I appreciate her kindness and politeness very much. Her standard belongs to higher level hotel such as Ritz or Raffles, tbh.
Anyway, although I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel, I just didn't feel the "5-star" here.

All respect to this hotel,honestly best I’ve ever experienced,every single staff member from the door man to the management,are there for your service and with a beautiful smile on their faces,didn’t come across any issue at all ,room spotless clean,has everything and more than other 5 stars hotel ,,the rustic and timber look all over the hotel and the warms and cosiness are spectacular, ,food ,coffee the best you can find ,swimming pool and spa clean ,beautiful view of the city . Close to Malls and city ,lovely,classy atmosphere,highly recommended and will be my other home every time I’m I Jakarta
