Central Jakarta Hotels with Swimming Pools

The hotel is charming and has a luxurious ambiance, although it lacks certain amenities typically associated with five-star establishments. Guests are offered complimentary beverages upon check-in. The lobby and lounge areas are spacious and adorned with beautiful Indonesian art and décor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. While the location may not be ideal, it is worth noting that few hotels in Jakarta offer a prime location at this price point. The pool appeared inviting, though I did not have the opportunity to use it. Regrettably, the gym was closed during my visit. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and large bathtubs.

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, ”seated for breakfast”. When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that ”Occupied/Unoccupied”. So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. There were a lot of people staying this time, almost full, the room internet was very poor, but there was no way to improve it, and there was no way to change rooms because it was almost full. The breakfast felt worse. Overall, I would not consider staying here again next time.

Even the room is a bit old but spacious. We’ve got many complimentary during our trip! (Free breakfast, Free BBQ, Free Welcome Fruit and also Free Late Check-out until 3PM. Their Jamu is the best one I’ve ever tasted! Will be back for sure!🫶🏼

Very good swimming pool area. Room is very comfy and spacious. We ordered butter chicken from Room Service and it was very delicious. At the lobby, receptionists offered cookies which is very nice gesture.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I would to compliment the hotel for having beautiful people around to serve the guests especially Anisanurul whom spent to time to ensure guests are having wonderful time staying in the hotel! Thanks to Angiel who is kind to serve us at front desk!

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Had a great time staying at the hotel. It’s a clean and quiet hotel. Thank you for the front desk staffs. Always ready and helpful at any time. Upmost professional staffs. Location for our stay this time is great. Just the place we want to be. Going to most of the places was easy. Lots of places for food any time nearby the hotel. Awesome! Room is clean and cozy. After a long day out it was definitely a great place to come ‘home’ and rest. The area also is safe. Thank you.
