Central Jakarta Menteng 4-star Hotels

During my recent trip to Jakarta, I had the opportunity to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin, and my experience was thoroughly satisfying. This hotel offers a great balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Check-In and Reception: The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who handled everything swiftly while providing all necessary information about the hotel's amenities. Their friendliness and professionalism instantly made me feel at home. Room Quality: I stayed in a well-appointed guest room that was both modern and functional. The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with practical touches like a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent mattress that provided restful sleep. Although not large, the space was cleverly utilized, and the city views added a nice urban charm. Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated. Facilities: While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city. Overall Impression: Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin delivers fantastic value with its strategic location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and reliable amenities. It’s ideal for business travelers needing proximity to Jakarta’s CBD, as well as tourists looking for a well-connected base in the city. Downside - Hotel feels slightly dated, carpets look like they need proper cleaning. However it is located in a convenient location in Central Jakarta. Service is also great - staff members are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with wide spread. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights there

My always choice for hotel in Jakarta. Tip top cleanliness, polite employees, zero complaints i have on my repeated visits to Novotel Jakarta. I will come again for sure.

So sorry i forgot the staff names 😅 its been almost a month!! But the front desk /reception staff was very helpful during my stay. Was it Sebastian and another male staff...offered to help me with my heavy shopping bags/luggage, morning call for an early flight and greeting guests happily even when I checked in at almost 10pm. Beds were comfy, had a good night rest, clean, with ample and sufficient amenities. Room was cold, perfect. tv offered youtube so that was my entertainment during my stay. Everything was very thematical, instagram worthy and definitely recommended! Tried out their laundry room, my clothes smell great and a good way to clear laundry before flying home. Thank you and keep it up!

This Ashley Sabang is a little smaller than Ashley Tanah Abang. It’s still nice nonetheless. Traffic gets bad as it’s a one way street. Generally clean. Breakfast buffet is basic. Lots of street food nearby and can always Grab! Very near to shopping areas as well

good locations. within walking distance to Sarinah and Jalan Kuliner Sabang. The hotel room layout a bit narrow. The services are very good. Had chance to sahoor at the hotel, i am not a heavy eater so early in the morning, so the food is adequate for me. It starts from 300am till 430am. Toilet has bidets. The overall ambience is very nice, good smell. But i can hear the room besides me when they laught out loud.

The hotel is in a central area and the staff is very nice but I would not consider the hotel a 4 stars! The breakfast is so so, mostly local food, no good coffee or juices (too sweet). The worst thing for me was the lift, there is only one and everyone needs to use it, staff and customers, it is a small hotel but not enough. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also good and the soap was nice. Overall, there are other hotel options in the area, I would probably select another one.

Amazing Stay at Ashley Tang! I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The facilities were excellent—clean, spacious rooms and great amenities. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, a perfect stay with great service, comfort, and amazing food. Highly recommend! Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!

The room was sparkling clean, but the hotel near the train station so its quite noisy at night

When I booked this hotel there wasn’t information about they still under renovations. Even during check in they didn’t mention anything. Until the next morning woke up because of the super loud noise from cutting wood and hammer at 7am. Been complained but nothing really changed. They just delayed the renovation time to 8 am sometimes 9am. Actually I like this hotel specially the location but they shouldn’t open to public until they 100% ready, that’s really dodgy.
