Even the room is a bit old but spacious. We’ve got many complimentary during our trip! (Free breakfast, Free BBQ, Free Welcome Fruit and also Free Late Check-out until 3PM. Their Jamu is the best one I’ve ever tasted! Will be back for sure!🫶🏼

We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. Really appreciate all the employees has provide a warm hospitality. KUDOS FOR YOU ALL👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Old Room in Need of Refurbishment The advertised photos for this accommodation are definitely for illustration purposes only. The room itself is quite old and in serious need of refurbishment. The lighting situation was also disappointing—some of the lights were broken, leaving the room feeling dim and uncomfortable. One particularly frustrating feature was the poorly placed charging point at the dressing table. The plug was installed so low and so close to the attached table that it was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, basic amenities were provided, and the location is convenient. There are a few warungs just across the street, and it's a walkable distance to nearby malls, which was helpful. Overall, while the location is decent, the state of the room and the awkward setup left a lot to be desired.

The good thing about this hotel is the location since it is near many attractions and restaurants. The price is also affordable but the AC in the room is not good or not functioning well. The pool is not that clean but it is ok....however the main issue I had with the hotel was the average service...they take time to clean the room and once I had to tell them three times since after being out the whole day and arrived back to the hotel to my surprise they didn't even clean or tidy my room even though I turned the housekeeping button on.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights coming from our Bali honeymoon because we were attending an Orchestra Concert in JIExpo. Note that this was our first time in Jakarta. The room is very nice and clean. The bed was great and the bathroom was also great. However, you have to set your expectations when it comes to the location. The Hotel Lobby is at the 25th floor of this tower, and the rooms are from the 17th to 23rd floor. There is an Indomart “Convenience Store” in the Tower Lobby but it closes at 10pm and doesn’t open on Sundays. There isn’t a proper concierge and bellboy service that would help you with your bags when you arrive. Hospitality is also just so-so especially because a lot of the staff barely speaks any English. My wife and I are not Indonesian (I’m half Filipino-half Hawaiian (Maoli) and my wife is purely from the Philippines). But because we are “Indo-passing” they usually address us in Indonesian hence there will be some immediate miscommunication and it takes time to get on the same page. But overall, the room was very comfy and the buffet breakfast was pretty decent so for the affordable price of the hotel, I’d still recommend it as long as you take note of the downsides I’ve mentioned.

Breakfast just average, not that good. Room too small. No fridge. Toilet too small. Shouldn't have basin outside the toilet n very close to the bed. It should be in the toilet. When using the basin, the water splash n wet the place. Why the bathroom n the toilet are separated? Not good at all. I will not stay again & recommended to anybody.

Good location. Service is okay. The hotel is quite old. They need to change the towel, it is too old, dry and the color is too black. The view from the hotel is completely blocked from the building opposite. So you won't see anything even if you booked a city view room.

I am a old customer in this hotel.Whenever I am in Jakarta, I do prefer to stay here.The hotel is good, located in the center of the city.The employees are good and helpful.The breakfast is good too.

Really great service and reasonable room and amenities at the price point. However, breakfast gets really hectic because they have 6 floors of rooms, but a breakfast area fit for 20~ people so you have to wait quite a while in order to get a seat. As the selection is also quite small, the food tends to run out quite fast and you have to wait for them to replenish. Else than that, no further complaints. Maybe just don't get the room with breakfast. Plenty of other options around the hotel, walking distance and easily accessible by Grab.
