I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascott Jakarta, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key business areas. The service was truly outstanding. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities and the overall modern yet cozy ambiance. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, maintaining high standards throughout. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and restaurant, were excellent. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Ascott Jakarta to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in the city, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

To be honest, choosing this hotel just because it’s close to my business trip appointments, I was actually quite disappointed since the booking process. The hotel is very old but clean, location is good which is no complaint about on accessibility. However, no phone in the room saying PABX brokers (first time ever I heard of with my 20+ years hotel experiences), you can’t ask for extra bottle of water. Request that none could be attended to on bedding. When we checked in after official check in time that was told room isn’t available. Until I refused to accept as I did have appointment to catch. On the good side, room is spacious but it’s like 30 years old without any renovations. Not sure if I would ever come back staying here again if I visit Jakarta again.

The hotel location is really good and it is in Central Jakarta closed to the malls, Selamat Datang Monument, Monas (National Monument), Merdeka Square, National Museum and so on. If you want to use the public transport there are MH Thamrin Bus Station and Bundaran HI Bank DKI MRT Underground Station near the hotel. All staff are welcoming and they are willing to help. Among them, I encountered Agian who was above and beyond his duties. I will certainly choose to stay at Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hasyim again when I am in Jakarta in the future. Many Thanks.

The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

The room is rather huge and very clean. Staff were friendly. Location is pretty strategic, especially if you have an event near the stadium (which I did for this trip), so it’s really convenient. They had a huge spread for breakfast! So you’ll be spoilt for choice. If you’re lucky, maybe the view from your room is nice too.

We stayed here for one night just to go Thamrin city, Tanah Abang and grand Indo. Really very nearby. There were quite a lot of food stalls around. Can be quite heavy in traffic but we didn’t mind. We took the Bajay around as a family and it was convenient to go nearby places. The rooms were so beautiful. Breakfast was very simple, just toast and a few main dishes. Would stay here again for the location.

The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. Service was great as well. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf. The room was spacious and comfortable too. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Fantastic location and hotel is exclusive. Privacy with roof top restaurant. Service has always been delivered promptly and all the amenities is around the area. Sarina Mall 3 minutes walk. Grand Indonesia is just 5 to 10 mins depending on traffic by Grab or Bluebird taxi. Wonderful stay.
