Staff hotel kurang ramah dalam menghadapi tamu terutama di staff bagian restaurant !!!

The hotel staff is not friendly in dealing with guests, especially the restaurant staff!!!

Hotel yang strategis. Dekat dengan stasiun pasar senin (hanya 5menit jalan kaki dari stasiun) & pusat perbelanjaan.

Strategic hotel. Close to Pasar Monday station (only 5 minutes walk from the station) & shopping center.

592/5000  The first time I felt staying at this hotel, I thought it would be normal, because it is a 2 star, it must be standard facilities, but it turns out I was mistaken, the comfort of the bed, the availability of hot water in the bathroom, the comfort of the breakfast menu it had made me float, felt like sleeping in a 4 star or 5 star hotel even though this is only a 2 star, the cleanliness of the rooms and the corridors as well as the friendliness of the manager make the atmosphere comfortable, my fatigue is gone, a new spirit arises to get back to my activities, thank you for everything, highly recommend trying

I was stayed only for one night at room 1018, to accompany my friend from other city.  This hotel very closely with senen train station. You can walk only less than 5 minutes.  The all hotel's staff are very welcome.  Especially the reception.  Thank to Ms. Vemi n Ms. Mida at front desk to gave us great experience.  And we'll be back soon.  Regards  RW
