the bed was uncomfortable because the metal from the mattress came out so it hurt like a needle was stabbing. two rooms were the same. I tried to talk to the receptionist about the mattress but only said ok the technician would come but there wasn't one. I asked for a glass 3 times and the answer was waiting. 😢 Regarding the time, it says come in at two in the afternoon bqecause the room is not ready. But I asked for Sanaan's discretion to come in early, he said it was OK, but he had to pay 100k. It beats a five-star hotel. And the female receptionist is very rude and arrogant.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a Penthouse and a three bedroom apartment for two/ three nights? ( Quiet birthday party for an extended Indonesian family) -both rooms lovely-very old style decor sort of homely feel? My Indonesian friends loved it -this is our second or third time to have a staycation here . Staff are all great . Lovely pool and great gym and sauna . We will be back.

Its really nice to stay here.... but the apartment quite old

It's an old building, but I think it's a good value for money accommodation in Jakarta. Unless it's a 5-star hotel, more than anything, when you turn on the air conditioner in a hot country, your bronchial tubes don't feel good, so you keep coughing when it's not good, but there was nothing like that. The bathroom was a bit mediocre, but it was still a toilet. Because I'm not going to sleep in

Normal place, good cafe, great staff, booked through the app, it turned out cheaper, checked in late at night without any problems. Met and fed, everything was great for these 💰. Thank you bye.

Clean comfortable and recommended

The hotel used to be old and the facilities were usable, but the sanitary condition was poor.

The beds are not very clean and the facilities are old, but the service staff are very friendly. You must buy a convertible headband in China.

You can cook, and the swimming pool in the public area is particularly great. It is best to bring your own set of disposable sheets for room bedding. Overall great value for money.
