Eventhough the hotel is located at prime location near the malls at Mangga Dua, it looks run down and not properly maintained, as though waiting to be closed down. The big lobby area and cafe were not air conditioned, so it was very warm and humid to be within the area. The choice of breakfast is quite good, but when I ordered food for dinner, it took them almost 40 minutes to prepare food for 3 paxs, eventhough there were nobody else in the cafe.
The room is without a fridge with broken floor tiles. In conclusion, I paid for a 4 star hotel with 2 star facilities.

The facilities are old, but the price is cheap and well maintained. However, the water pressure in the shower was weak and there was no hot water. The station was nearby, so depending on the destination and time of day, it was faster than a taxi.

The hotel location on the map was wrong, but luckily I made an appointment for airport pick-up.
The room was OK, but the bathroom and towels were minus points. If possible, I suggest you bring your own. I am not used to the fragrance, but it is not pungent. By the way, I have to complain about the hot water, which is limited in time.
