For Muslims, you can go to a Muslim-only salon, and the location is strategic, close to good, delicious food

Love the panoramas

The location is remote, so you have to call a taxi to go to Monas. There is a live cafe in front of it, but it sings until midnight, so sensitive people can be annoyed.

The hotel is okay, typical 3 stars. But the breakfast is a joke 😁. But okay, you can find breakfast outside the hotel because there are lots of places to eat.

Last day to stay here. A hotel with a strategic location and very comfortable

Baru kali pertama, dan Kapok, tidak akan pernah ke daily inn Cempaka Putih lagi. Pesan DELUXE TAPI ANEH, saat pesan di trip.com, kenapa TIDAK ADA CATATAN UNTUK TULIS, request 1 bed.. (malahan dapat catatan: Ranjang Random) (Krn beberapa kali pesan, via Trip.com, BISA ADA CATATAN untuk request bed atau lantai yang tidak merokok..) ALHASIL, cek in datang jam 13.30, Front Office (FO) a/n Mbak Ade, Info kami dapat twin bed. Saya minta 1 bed.. (Disinilah mulai drama dan masalah..) Ada tambahan 50ribu, untuk permintaan 1 bed.. TERNYATA, 1 BED NYA, ADALAH 2 BED TWIN YANG DIJADIKAN 1 BED, BUKAN UKURAN QUEEN ATAU KING ONE BED.. APA BEDA, KAMAR YG SUDAH DIDAPAT TWIN BED DI AWAL ?? HARUS NYA, *KALO HOTEL YANG BERKUALITAS,* BERI PELAYANAN TERBAIK DAN INFOKAN KE TAMU, BAHWA TWIN BED INI BISA DIGABUNGKAN, FREE OF CHARGE ALIAS GRATIS.. (SEBAGAI BENTUK PELAYANAN..) INI MALAH KASIH ALASAN, JOINING 2 RANJANG, HARUS GANTI SPREI, PAKE MATRAS, DAN INI KENA BIAYA 50RIBU.. SEUMUR2 KE HOTEL, BARU KALI INI, GABUNGKAN RANJANG 2 BED, KENA CHARGE 50 RIBU.. ======================================== INI PUN SETELAH KOMPLAIN DAN KAMI TERSADAR BAHWA RANJANG NYA HANYA DI JOINING, KAMI TELP KE FO JAM 21.00.. Pun masih berdalih ada matras di tengah nya, ternyata TIDAK ADA MATRAS, MALAH YANG ADA TIAP BED DI TAMBAH MATRAS, SESUAI DENGAN FOTO.. DIKASIH SOLUSI PINDAH KAMAR, TAPI TIDAK ADA VIEW, SEDANGKAN DI APLIKASI YG DITAWARKAN ADA VIEW KOTA, JELAS KAMI MENOLAK.. SUDAH LARUT MALAM, BAWAAN PUN BANYAK, APA IYA, HARUS BERES2 DAN PINDAHAN KAMAR.. TANPA VIEW LAGI.. ENTAH LAH BAGAIMANA S.O.P nya HOTEL INI.. PATUT DIPERTANYAKAN.. ======================================== HOTEL SEKELAS YG SAMA, SEPERTI HOTEL 88, MALAH DENGAN SENANG HATI MENAWARKAN MINTA DI SATUKAN TANPA KENA BIAYA.. ALIH2 MALAH DI DAILY INN MINTA 50RIBU, BAHKAN YANG KAMI DAPAT MALAH BUKAN SIZE QUEEN ATAU KING, YG SESUAI DENGAN DESKRIPSI ONE BED (2 BED TWIN YG DIJOINING AJA) ======================================== Front Office a/n Mbak Ade, PUN BILANG pesanan saya di trip.com, KATA DIA DILEMPAR ke tiket.com. JUJUR SAYA SEMAKIN GA PAHAM.. TRIP.COM APA BISA BANTU JELASKAN, APA BENAR DEMIKIAN..?? ======================================== Alasan tergantung ketersedian bed.. Ga masuk akal, Hotel dengan kapasitas 50 kamar, Apa iya penuh, dan tdk ada yg 1 bed ?? SUDAH BAYAR TAMBAHAN 50RIBU, HANYA DAPAT RANJANG YG DIGABUNG DARI TWIN BED.. (Lantai 2, 3, 4, 5 dani 6, per lantai 10 kamar..) ======================================== REVIEW MAKAN PAGI NYA PUN BIASA, KURANG BERVARIASI DAN RASA CENDERUNG FLAT.. BAHKAN EEG STATION, HARUS MINTA DULU, BARU DIBUATKAN.. SUSU PUN TIDAK ADA.. BUAH PUN LAMA, TIDAK HABIS LANGSUNG DI REFILL.. ======================================== Kebersihan pun, kotak tempat aminitis toilet, jorok.. ======================================== COBA MANAJEMEN BELAJAR KE HOTEL BUDGET LAIN NYA.. MINIMAL, MENGINAP.LAH KE HOTEL 88.. LIAT CARA KERJA FRONT OFFICE, STAFF, MENU MAKAN PAGI DAN PERMINTAAN RANJANG.. KAPOK LAH, GA AKAN PERNAH KE daily inn Cempaka Putih..

Fortunately we only slept 1 night in this hotel, we got a room on the 6th floor and we had the feeling of a sauna when we entered the room (over 30 degrees) Bathroom is quiet old and need to be renovated. Watching television was impossible, all channels are not clear!?! Breakfast is very little choice (at 08.30) Many empty plates and staff makes no effort to refill it, we have to ask for it and wait a long time for it to be refilled. Cutlery is crooked, how can you eat with these forks ? You better can go to the Starbucks besides the hotel.

The hotel is on the strategic area of the city and easy to find. The service is good, food ok, the room also ok. The only thing that should improve is the housekeeping service is not available on the night, around 11.pm, the food last order should be at 10pm but also not available when we try to order at 9.30pm.
