This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. Nice hotel in a good location but long overdue for some renovation, was there years back and no improvement. Had some faulty switches that was built in at the bedside drawer, toilet bowl area has no floor trap for the water to flow towards, glassware was not cleaned properly etc.

I visited Mercure Sabang with my 4 years old and my mother of 84 years old. Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

Hotel with a pretty good rate, but the facilities are very minimal. Breakfast has only white rice/fried rice, main stew, side-pot, vegetables, toast, coco crunc, water and 1 kind of juice. There are tea and coffee, fruit, and porridge (ijo beans boil, squid porridge, or cinnamon porridge. Not chicken porridge). The breakfast place is very narrow. The ac is cold, but the room is very small. Small bathroom, soap spot in 601 is broken, can't be used and the glass is rusty. The shower door is difficult to drain. The hot water shower is strange. Sometimes it's warm, then it's cold. Even though the tap was not moved and shaken. There is no minibar and tissue in the room, only in the bathroom. Slippers only provided 1, jd must be asked to the receptionist to ask for 1 lg. Small TV, only 21 inches. Chanel TV is a little, but good because all movie channels. What's interesting from this hotel is just the environment. Being on the sabang road where the culinary tourist area makes guests no need to be confused to find food.

Location is great to walk easily to local parks, the National Monument (Monas), Grand Indonesia Mall and of course, lots of street food options to keep you full! There are restaurants too. The gym is simple, but has the basics you need; rooms were a decent size and clean. Hotel was great at providing information about getting around and what to eat. Thanks to Agus at reception for his help!

However for $30 a night the hotel is a bargain and would be my goto value Jakarta hotel if they could sort the internet out. Note that the desk had an ethernet port with a phenomenal dl speed of 40-50mbs, but upload was only 0.01 which made it unusable. At night the noise from a nearby nightclub was loud. Room had a safe and a fridge. Bed was king sized.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The check in process was fast, and no deposit is required. I booked grand deluxe room. However, the soundproof in the room need to be improved. I can hear the conversation from other room. Nothing special in the room. AC worked well, wifi worked well, they provide a very standard amenities, and the towel that they provide smells funny. The breakfast was so so, nothing special. This should be only 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars.

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.
