"Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less."

"First, I would like to say this is a beautiful and very large property in Central Jakarta. It's perfectly positioned around government offices and some very nice restaurants so really good for business travelers. Second, I personally found the cost of everything at the hotel to be insanely priced. Everything was two- three times the price as businesses outside the hotel. Thirdly, good customer service was a hit or miss. It seemed to be individualized rather than a consistent directive."
