We enjoyed the hotel and staff were helpful, good selection at breakfast and excellent cold draught beer at the bar. However when we left we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us to the high speed rail terminal at Halim. When the taxi arrived I asked the doorman to confirm to the driver where we were going. But the driver took us to halim airport not the high speed rail station and drove off before we realised. We then had to take another taxi to the rail station which took 15 minutes and cost the same as the taxi from the hotel. We were frustrated. A bit more attention to the request and conveying that would have saved us stress and expense. Otherwise a good stay.

We visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

Many eateries like cafes and restaurants nearby. Few massage parlours too. Walking distance to Sarinah. If you can walk about 800m you can reach the Grand and Plaza indonesia, Thamrin City. Room is very spacious and cosy. Got the smoking room on level 8. Hotel interior and exterior looks like a 5 star hotel. Was so nice of the Front Desk who upgraded me for free. Didn’t manage to try the breakfast. Free laundry for you to do it ON YOUR OWN. They provide detergent and there’s dryer too. Everything about this hotel is good. From the staffs, location, interior etc. Book it!

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!

Awesome place. We had a great experience in this hotel/resort. Close to shopping area but not walking distance. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. They can improve on the taste of their food though.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

the bed sheets and and pillow case are not change throughout the five night. Dirty blanket cover, when room service still the same blanket cover with the same spot dirty. Only toiletries are change. The bathroom is not clean properly, hair remains there even after Cleaning. But overall the hotel location and staff are good.

Its a pod. Ideal for solo. There are many workers when I arrived cleaning (quietly, discreetly and professionally), cleaning the toilets, showers, pods etc.... So the its super clean and fresh. I also had to get to Gambir Station to catcg a train. Tried hailling a transport from the roadside was quoted a higher tourist price. Got back to Bobobox, received help from Denny and Joe, who so kindly help called and arranged a transport for me at a fair price at peak hour 5:30pm. Joe, the Bobobox staff even accompanied me down to the street and waited for the transport to arrive and instructed the driver my destination and that I am going to take a train and needs to arrived at a specified time. Located in the middle of the city, easy to reach the New Market, Glodok, etc. There are also many alternative vehicles. Room condition according to the price.
