"Prima hotel. Deluxe kamer was niet heel deluxe, maar basic. Badkamer niet echt schoon. Maar voor Indiase begrippen een prima, veilig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel."

The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. ."

"Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me."

"The hotel is good near to the station but the road isn't that easily accessible. Also, in the morning we didn't get hot water as we couldn't find any switch. The door had some latch issue which got us bit worried for security reasons. As we were 3 ppl they gave 3 single beds which we liked and also welcomed us with water and beverage, so overall average"

"Lovely heritage hotel. Beautiful building and very friendly and attentive service. Perhaps sometimes a little too much. Pool was lovely and food delicious. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Only gripe was that the WiFi connection was not easy to connect to, took a long time and when eventually connected actually quite slow. Other than this would highly recommend. Beautiful gardens and some fun animals to see around"

"We arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again. "

"Pablas hotel is located near the main street. It has access to good restaurants and the markets. The room service is very good and prompt. The food is homely and very tasty. The reception is friendly and helpful. The overall stay was very good. Highly recommend the hotel for stay in karol baug."
