Nice location. But was crowded as it's near to railway station. There is no clearness in hotel no handwash, no lock in door ac was not working

My stay at the hotel le memo in chandni chowk, delhi, was not satisfactory. Although it's centrally located, the hotel didn't look appealing. The service was poor; our room lacked basic amenities like slippers, soap, and towels. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, and the quality of the food served was poor. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel due to its unsatisfactory service and facilities.

The cleanliness was highly compromised. Linen was very dirty. None of the staff was listening to us. After too much discussion they changed the linen to a lesser dirty one. Food was just ok. Service very poor. Not a value for money. Only location is good. Rest all very poor. Lots of things and services to improve. Not to be recommended to others.

Small rooms, ac water leaking inside the room, cockroaches and insects in the room and washroom. It's so pathetically embarrassing that the hotel even charges for drinking water. The only positive is the proximity to old delhi railway station and chandni chowk. Would never recommend this stay for family.

The staffs are so friendly that i book this hotel anytime i visit delhi. The location is also very good as it's nearby railway station and bus stop.

If someone wants to stay for a while then it's ok, otherwise you shouldn't expect comfort and relaxation here specially when traveling with family. Location good to catch train from old delhi and yo explore chandni chowk area. Staffs are helpful. Just the pics uploaded dont match ; seems old fittings.

I did not stay for a single minute in my room i spent most of my time in reseption are as all the rooms at full of cockroaches and insect after compliment they did not change my room after my second complaint they change the room but the situation was same it was also full with the insects and cockroaches it was a very bed experience.
