Rupam Hotel

It's a 3 Star hotel . Rooms are good with few amenities viz; Toiletries, Comb, Dental Kit and Shaving kit are provided. In addition to this they provide disposable room slippers also. Though they provide an electric kettle in every room but they are not providing any tea coffee kit. There is an option of complimentary Breakfast and also an option of Complimentary Breakfast ***** with complimentary Lunch/ Dinner. Food Quality is average and buffet Breakfast is very limited with only 5 items and out of which only one item is getting changed everyday rest all are the same on a daily basis. I had opted for complimentary lunch/ Dinner.. but really got disappointed with their fixed menu items. It's very limited. I should mention a point that you will not have any south indian food here in this hotel. Rather they don't prepare it. If you are planning to stay here in this hotel. Try to avail / have you Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Outside this hotel. You will have plenty of options just 2-3 mins walking distance from the hotel. The location of the hotel is nice. You will have a shopping place ( Ajmal Khan Rd. - Karol Bagh) just 6-7 min walking distance from the hotel. So in a nutshell, it's a good hotel for solo travelers or families for a short stay.

We have stayed many times in Hotel Rupam over the years. It is well connected and in a good location. Mr.Raman Mishra and team are courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are good eateries around the hotel. Karol Bagh metro station is closeby.

Best breakfast.reallu thankful to rajkumar and mukesh for an amazing serviceAlso room was very clean and wifi speed is decent as well.The staff here is co operative and overall it was a decent 1 night stay. Will definately visit here again .

Mukesh managed everything went really well All the hotel staffs were really helpful and mindful Rooms were well maintained things went well Break fast really good which was in our complimentary We came with our family and stayed here for 2 days

Ac was not working properly when called manager he literally took 25 minimum just to come for checking the ac , after requesting they shifted me to other room their was issue with hot water , when called twice then he send 1 lady to check and she told wait will send some one this process took 35 min and still no solution . Staff is not at all cooperative this time , no interest is resolving the issue not a single person including manage was guilty for their services .

This hotel is very good for stay with competitive rates. Food quality is good. Staff is very supportive and available at you disposal. Location is near to metro station , you can go anywhere quickly. Mr. Raman has guided for tourist attraction in Delhi and how to reach there
