Kashmiri gate. Room was unclean. Blankets were with fade smell. Washroom hot water facility was not good very less hot water supply drop drop. Glass window was broken of room, too cold wind was coming. We didn’t slept properly only one single blanket was given. Food and service was horrible. Dinner came after 1 and half hour of order

The review and pictures was totally different and location was also not good and lift was also not clean they did’t provide complementary water and charge extra for it. Soap was also not provided. experience was worst

We initially booked this hotel for a half-day stay. Later, when our train got delayed, we approached the reception and extended our booking to a full day by paying the additional charges they requested. However, at 9:30 pm, we received a call from the hotel staff stating that our booking had ended, and if we wished to stay, we would need to pay more. Despite repeatedly explaining that we had already extended our booking and paid the extra amount, they refused to acknowledge this and continued demanding more money.

The stay was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. However, we were unsure about the location. Being in delhi, a few auto drivers mentioned that the area not good for families. We were only there to freshen up, and for that purpose, it worked well for us.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour excellent. Foods are good but a bit expensive. Very near to the railway station. Overall nice stay with family
