I think they are not interested to do business with makemytrip. We reached at 9am morning and at that time some guests were checking out, we were having confrence at 10am. So we request at reception to give us that check out room for fresh n up. But.

Location is well connected room are good
for mumbaikars like me geyser is must and they have boiler so for hot water wait for 10 to 15 min to drain cold water

The rooms were not clean. No bathroom mat provided. The lift is there. It’s ok for one day only. Not recommended if you travel with family for 2 or more days. It’s a transit point only.

We were two person (men) and given us small single double bed for couples. In photos we were shown two separate beds in the room rest service was good please add an option for geyser in hotel filtering

We have stayed at chanchal many times, it is like a second home in delhi. I am sorry to say that we saw a decline in quality of accomodation, decor, room layout, need to improve the toilets and bathrooms. Very disappointing. The reception staff are excellent, helpful and courteous.
