Hotel Surya International

great location, room was average, the bathroom faucet was loose afraid it might come off and spray the bathroom with water,the bathroom was nice &compact with a bit of space though. The room was a Double (Executive Room) good size with a couch in it, wardrobe with bathrobes available , i think the hot slippers were previously used as they were not clean and a bit dirty ..eeww.., bed comfy, one complaint was the silly automated Air Fresh Dispenser or something above the bathroom door, this kept on going off..automated yes OK BUT it was a noisy loud rattle and i'm sure no air freshener spray came out!!.. breakfast was OK not greatest but OK.the Nescafe hot coffee machine only dispensed one type of coffee..or was it hot chocolate?..freshly made omlette was ok, toast of various selected bread was good, Juice seemed to be the processed Mango juice ***** with Orange falling in the same description. Hotel itself .. had only one small lift, staff of the kitchen breakfast area were great but shame about the check in staff , a bit brash .or maybe their attempt english was not coming across as that friendly

Very Good service and I want to tell about the hotel that very excellent service F&B Team and Housekeeping Staff all are best and honest person. 3 march At night I got WiFi issue two reception manager at front they help me so much . On time provide me best service Very very very excellent service I want to say all of couple family that please stay in this this is very best hotel and best service I will come in future again take your service.

I stay there for 2 days. Really very nice service. Reception staff is really very good and rooms quality was also good and that pillows very soft. This hotel is really very beautiful. I will surely come again in future and I will suggest all people who comes please stay in this hotel . This hotel gives very good service

Room was excellent service was excellent. Hotel owner and his staff were very polite and helpful.
