terrible. I wrote them by email that my plane was arriving after midnight. no reply. when I srtived they wanted to charge me 2300 rupees for arrival after midnight. I could downscale the bribe to 2000. after 2 hours of hassle they gave me a windowless small room where the ventilator made a loud rattling noise every 10-15 minutes. no way to shut it off, no sleep either. the next morning they transferred me to a neighbouring hotel to get me back a night later. another windowless room with a terrible noise from the refrigerator. this at least I could unplug. 2 of the 3 receptionists were really unfriendly and incompetent (like the 5 who received me upon arrival). can I give 0 stars?

Good clean budget hotel. Mr anup kumar at reception is good and courteous and very soft spoken and respectful. Tidy room, high thread count towels and clean linen and all toiletries provided good nutritious and sumptuous breakfast. Good clean room, hygiene exemplary

Clean and fresh bedsheets ,towels and pillows. Services were excellent with good choice of food at buffet . All personnel were very accommodating making my family and myself feel very comfortable and relaxed. I sieze this opportunity to recommend any person visiting or transiting in Delhi to stay at Surya international. The bustling karol bagh market is almost at its doorstep with all amenities at hand .excellent for shopping any item you would wish and at affordable and competitive prices. Surya desk officials are the best guide to recommend whichever item or service you are looking for. My sincere thanks to all of them.
