Pertama kalinya saya stay d sini..dan di buat shock
Saya pesan via OTA saya booking 1 bed,saya check in hari minggu sore(bisa d check siapa frontdesknya)
Dr awal c/i saya d kasih kunci gak fungsi saya tlp fo nya pakai handphone dan sangat lama respond nya
Kebetulan ada housekeeping lewat,jadi saya minta tolong bukakan..
Dan pas d buka kamarnya 2 bed
Saya langsung ke frontdesk untuk minta kamar yang sesuai..
Tapi info fo nya "kamarnya sudah habis oleh pemesan yang req 1 bed" (saya ketawa dalam hati,dia fikir saya gak tau system hotel seperti apa)
Kata fo nya "kalau pesan 1 bed harus tulis di special req"
Waaahhhhh..
Setelah saya push untuk sesuai kamar yg saya mau,,
Baru d kasih yg 1 bed..
Dan kalian tau keadaan kamarnya seperti apa
AC nya bocor (saya kek lagi tidur di bedeng,dengan keadaan kamar yang basah)
Sheet nya kotor (mungkin ini di sulap kamarnya)
Dan toiletnya mampet,banjir sampai ke luar
Saran saya buka extranet kalian sesuai ketersediaan kamar kalian
Jangan jual kamar OO kalian
Hargai tamu yang sudah memesan kamar kalian
Jangan sembarangan terhadap tamu

It’s a good experience on Bianco Costel for 2 nights, but what makes us worry there is a few cockroach on the bathroom n bed, and the sound of air conditioner is a little bit disturbing sometimes. Overall goods but please increasing the quality more. Thankss Biancoo

Bentuk hotelnya unik, cozy. Lokasi dekat ke mana2. Ternyata pagi2 ada tukang bubur gerobakan yg enak banget. Tapi utk kasur sudah mulai kurang nyaman, jengglong di bagian tengah. Tapi semua oke.
