The main thing that needs improving are the bathrooms (better cleaning rota and keeping up with refilling shower gel). That would really improve the overall rating as there are so many people regularly using the bathrooms. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer but there's one of each so although these are free to use, I'd recommend just going to a laundrette instead of waiting around for the hostel's to be available. The rooms and beds are very comfy, not too much noise from other rooms but it's impossible to close the doors quietly. I'd still book again as overall was a good experience.

It is definitely the most imaginative hotel I have ever stayed in, making full use of the space and placing the most rooms. Of course, it is not suitable for those with limited legs and feet to stay in the upper bunk. The height difference between the upper and lower bunks is much higher than that of regular bunk beds.

Very convenient location and a beautiful room! Felt so comfortable here as a solo traveller and would recommend for anyone visiting the city! The staff were very friendly and I really loved the room! Would stay here again definitely.
