I can’t say enough good things about this place! Suzana was the hostess with the mostest; she was so accommodating with our request for a late check out in pouring rain with 2 pups. The location of the apar**ent building is very central yet quiet. Public Parking is 7 mins walk (apt is in the pedestrian zone), with plenty of dining options nearby as well as grocery stores. If/when we return to Ljubljana, we’ll stay here without hesitation. THANK YOU so much Suzana

Host was amazing! She contacted us before arriving, giving us directions for parking options! The place it’s really nice and location is perfect! The only minor issue is as it’s first floor, there was some street noise.

The property was so convenient to all the sites in Old Town Ljubljana and had all the amenities I needed. Suzana was a fantastic host. She was always willing to help with whatever I needed or answer questions. I loved my stay and time in Ljubljana. I highly recommend The Residence!

We spent four nights at "The Residence", one of several apar**ents available from the same business. Our "Standard" unit was fully furnished with living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The host Eliano was especially helpful, even meeting us at the shuttle drop-off point (the apar**ent is in a pedestrian only zone) and walking with us to the rooms. Eliano proved to be a great help in answering our questions, and pointing out places to visit. He is the fifth star in the review summary. If you decide to travel to Ljubljana during the summer, consider that this particular unit does not have AC. This was not a problem while we were there at the beginning of May. Later in the year I would pick one of the other units available, as the rest do have AC. This is not a hotel, more like renting your own individual apar**ent. Overall, I would not hesitate to book with them again. Ljubljana does deserve more than one visit.

The apar**ent is very nice, warm and clean. The host was friendly and accurate. Breakfast was good and served at the exact time as agreed. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is really quiet. I would recommend it.

Terrible, suffice it to say that the door to the entrance to the apar**ent was not closed from the inside!!!!! Anyone could have entered at night simply by pushing the door!!! No one answered our calls despite repeated guarantees of 24 hour service. Furthermore, some parts of the apar**ent need to be renovated, the cleanliness was not the best with various hairs and hairs in the beds. Finally, the curtains in the living room do not cover the light so those who slept on the sofa bed had light all night. Finally, be aware that there is a nightclub on the corner of the street, so there is noise and crowds all night long. To be precise, we stayed in the apar**ent on the ground floor. I strongly advise against it even though the location is right in the center.

Ideal location a stone's throw from the shoemakers' bridge in the pedestrian part of the city. We had the ground floor apar**ent which is dark and whose windows open very little and the shutters do not close, which is a shame. The small kitchenette is very practical. If you come by car, I recommend the P+R Barge park and ride facility (€5/day, bus tickets included) less than 15 minutes away with the dedicated bus (line 9).
