The friendliness of the staff, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness and quiet environment were all very good. It's centrally located and very convenient. It was a wonderful stay.

Visited for a wedding down the street in mid December. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful checking us in. Rooms are in the courtyard of a lovely old building. We had a room facing the castle on the top floor. Cozy two room apar**ent which was perfect for our stay. When we checked out, we left our bags with the man working the front desk while we walked through the Chris**as markets one last time. He was funny and nice and encouraged us to stay longer. We will be back. Overall a great place to stay for the cost in the center of Ljubljana.

Right in the heart of Ljubljana and a walk from the train station. The Staff met us at the front and gave us a great rundown of recommended places within the city. The room was clean and airy and we enjoyed our time!

Our second visit to Barbo Palace, in fact we declined the hotel that came with our tour package to stay here instead. Just such a lovely place to stay, beautiful, spacious, and right in the heart of the city. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Ljubljana. Nice room with plenty of space and comfortable bed. Great stuff with plenty of knowledge on what to do around the city.
