There was a mixup on our room the first night, however, the manager on duty the next morning quickly got us into the correct room. She also went above and beyond by helping to get my car backed out of the spot I was parked in when someone parked less than 6 inches from my driver side door.

For my seven day trip, the first 2 days we had no housekeeping come by, then the next two days they did come but didn't give us washclothes. After that is was hit or miss if we were given both towels and washclothes each day, so I often had to get some from the front desk when we got back to the hotel.
We never put the no housekeeping sign on our door. Other than that mild annoyance, the stay was pretty average, not much else to complain about, other than our microwave turntable not working.

They double charged us & still fighting for the return. Gave us a downgraded queen studio room from the king suite we booked. Attempted to

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was better than expected for a smaller cheaper option. Glad there was coffee and water available 24/7. The hallway where our room was, smelled a little odd but again, tolerable. I did find a bug on the pull out sofabed in our room but not sure if we brought it from inside or if it was already there. Suite room was a bit cramped but again, manageable. There was nothing that was incredibly terrible about this stay as long as you go in with basic standards.

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke as did towels. Asked two different employees if I could switch rooms. Was told no unless I found it “unbearable.” The one employee was nice about it so at least they weren’t rude. When I came back to the room something had been sprayed and I think the towels were replaced. The next day though it still smelled like smoke in the bathroom. I am a former smoker so no judgment but this just gave me the yuck feeling. Won’t stay again.
