Hotel Holiday

Good location - not in the very center and therefore not in the noisiest part of the center, but close to all the main attractions. Also, the pluses include breakfasts, which began very early and were served until 11:00, full, very tasty, hearty. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel itself - the corridors, elevators are like from the last century. The room had a terrible hair dryer, which did not dry at all, also from the 80s of the 20th century. Not all the receptionists, but only some women were not polite, did not smile, did not try to help, did not fill in the registration dates correctly, not only did they not apologize, but they also got irritated that I asked to redo it (((
Hotel City View Deluxe

Impressive room for myself, with two televisions, living room, bathroom and double bed... Full of cushions and duvets for a family. Buffet breakfast, very good...there is a terrace that almost goes around the building to have breakfast outside (not the case, in April - 2 below zero). It is 5 minutes from the old town of Sarajevo, on a tremendously commercial street, meters from several museums. Ahh. From above, as it is a ninth floor, you can see Sarajevo almost from an aerial view... the most
Aparthotel Centar Sarajevo

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

Breakfast is good! Service attitude is very good, the location is very good, walking to all the main attractions is very convenient, the only shortcoming: the electric water heater boiling water bath, two people wash, then after washing one person, you have to wait a while to wash.
Swissôtel Sarajevo

The room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy phone cards and exchange money. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved
Hotel Cosmopolit

I was part of an organized tour so did not choose this hotel. When I arrived the air conditioning was turned off and the outside temperature was in the high 30's. The room was like an oven. The only person working in the hotel was on Reception and although - she tried to help me nothing worked. I had to open the window at night and hope for the best. It was finally fixed the following day. The room was tiny. There was a fridge installed at the end of the bed but it was impossible to open the door of the fridge because the end of the bed was jammed up against it!! How stupid! Why have a fridge if you can't open the door. The breakfast was very very poor. It was help yourself but there seemed to be nobody coming in to replenish the food ie. bread ran out but nobody came and filled it up. The only choice of coffee was instant. Very little choice and of poor quality. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. BTW - there were notices on the window claiming that there were services such as massages and saunas. When I asked i was told that they had stopped doing them - Again - why hadn't these notices been removed. The whole place needed someone to get a grip everything is done on the cheap.
